I have used Ricky Heath plumbing at multiple properties/businesses I manage. Chad has been top notch with repairs, options, and ways to keep our costs manageable and issues to a minimum. Britney and Jared at the office have always given the best customer service. Can’t suggest this company enough for any of your plumbing needs!

First time customer and could not be more pleased with initial contact, communication, updates and professional service. Prompt and respectful with fair prices and Chad Crews left the repair area clean. Ricky Heath Plumbing is now on our home maintenance contact list.

James was the technician. He was great. Definitely knew his job. Awesome. Courteous, extremely knowledgeable. Sees what needs to be done and does it in a short time. The company is now on speed dial.

Chris and his assistant Jake were very professional and did a great job removing and installing my gas hot water tank. I'll definitely recommend Ricky Heath Plumbing to anyone and I'll call them for any future plumbing needs. And the ladies (Amber and Amanda) who work in the office were super nice too. Great job!

Impressed from introduction of Tech to completion of job. Chris was very knowledgeable & professional. . Didn't take him long to find the problem. Really like the fact a picture plus bio of Tech was sent prior to his arrival. Makes you feel comfortable letting a stranger into your home. First time using Ricky Heath Plumbing but if need arise will use again.
