Technician Jesse Burdorf replace the burned heating board for my air handler. He and his helper answered my questions and were professional and friendly. This service was scheduled 6 days out from the time that I requested service because they were busy (I called Tuesday and service was on Monday). I suspect that the impending hurricane weather affected availability of services.

There was a slight problem after our new water heater was installed, and they came back out and fixed the problem in a timely manner.3/25/2024Just had my HVAC system inspected, and Caleb did a very thorough job.9/23/2024I needed a regulator on my new gas range since the delivery people from Home Depot didn't know how to install it. The Heath technician did a great job. I just wish plumbing wasn't so expensive.

My experience using Rickey Heath Plumbing has been wonderful!! I live in a rental and we had a water backup into the basement, a stopped up sink in the kitchen and a hot water leak in a bathroom due to control knobs being worn out and 2 other smaller plumbing issues, my landlord came out to see the issues as well, I called Rickey Heath plumbing with her approval. I was impressed from the moment I called because they said they could send someone the same day! , I then got a text message Thanking me for choosing them and a text message with a picture of Caleb Chapman, Technician who was assigned to my problem. Caleb arrived with a teammate and they got right to work. I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The company as a whole exhibits excellent customer service, from the woman that answered the phone to the technician that did my repairs. Caleb Chapman is a great Technician and person, he had several projects to complete at my home and he did them all with a smile .. ps my Poodle loved him too😊I would highly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates great work and excellent customer service!

Excellent service from start to finish. I called first thing in the morning because our water heater burst and was pleasantly surprised that they would have someone out that day. Two hours later I was notified that Kevin the technician was on his way. Kevin was amazing. Worked quick and installed a new heater. Recently converted to tankless water heater and used the extra space to add a washer dryer to a small room in our finished basement. The guys did an awesome job with the conversion and washing machine hookup as well as the venting the dryer to the outside. It’s nice that they offer both plumbing and HVAC services.While they are priced higher than other places we called, they don’t charge you to come out if you become a member and they will apply a discount as well.What I like the most is that they guarantee their work so if something is off, they will come out multiple times until the issue is resolved. I appreciate how good the customer care and support is. They usually can get to the house same day, give you a call to let you know they are on their way and also have excellent follow up.I will need a small water heater for a powder room that I’m going to add off the kitchen and will call them.Thanks guys you’re the best.

Trey Carruthers and his helper Allen arrived at our house around 0845 AM and got right to work, finishing the installation of a sewer drain cleanout and camera inspection of our line around 10:20 AM. They both were very polite, proficient, and professional.*************On August 27, 2024, Ricky Heath technician Caleb and his assistant Brad did a masterful job of completing my installation of a ductless mini-split a/c unit at Mom's house. Last evening, they had evaluated my diy mounting of all hardware, completed wiring the cut-off box, and were returning to finish the job promptly at 08:15 a.m. this morning. They were professional, proficient, and personable, even to the point of giving me valued education during the process. Mom is very happy with the improved climate in her entertainment room.

Chad was the definition of professional from initial evaluation to project completion. He listened to the client and then made recommendations and gave logical options. He also explained the optional Elite Care Club service plan and it's benefits. Chad installed a new 50 gallon water heater and expansion tank, replaced the washing machine outlet box, installed a pressure reduction valve, and added a new in-home main water shutoff valve.
