We had an emergency situation with our AC on a very hot Friday afternoon. I called around 1:30 PM, and a tech was ringing our doorbell within 2 1/2 hours. The technician, Caleb, was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly and identified & fixed the problem within less than 30 minutes for a reasonable price. The people I spoke with when calling in the request were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Ricky Heath plumbing and Heating installed a new ac unit. Three men showed up. James Blocker, Jake Duncan and CJ Light. THE BEST CREW!!! They worked and did not stop except for a Gatorade break. Installed the new ac outside and new air handler inside. Exceptional service by them. Layed down cardboard to protect my floors. Cleaned up and took all trash with them. Respectful, hard working men. Thank you guys for your hard work! I greatly appreciate all your work.Still waiting for Leeann to call me BUT that has no bearing on these young men. If I ever have a problem, I would want one of these men to come fix it.

I loved my experience with “Ricky Heath Plumbing”. They were great about answering the phone whenever I called. They were VERY accommodating to my work schedule so that I could be at home for their inspection and the actual work.And, THEY WERE SO FAST!!! I took my kids to the babysitter and when I returned, they were already filling up the hole in my yard after replacing the damaged pipe part. I am so happy with my 1st time experience, and I will definitely call “Ricky Heath Plumbing” first if I have another issue.

I had surgery and have to stay at home off of my leg, so of course the air conditioner decided to die Wed late afternoon. The next morning a technician came and fixed it but it stopped working an hour later. I called back and they sent Travis. Travis figured out my ancient fuses for the AC needed to be replaced. He went to 4 different stores and proceeded to change out the entire box in the rain. He was so sweet and knowledgeable. Travis deserves a raise!!!

First I applaud the heads up given when the appointment was established. I received a text with a picture of the representative that was coming along with his information. The company had my safety in mind, which was greatly appreciated Caleb was very professional. Explained how his company worked, how the membership worked, and gave us a quote prior to beginning work. He listened to our plumbing problems and made sure we understood every procedure he did and why. Very respectful to and of us. Made sure everything was working properly before packing up. We've used Ricky Heath on numerous occasions, and have ALWAYS been pleased, in every way. Response time, knowledge, price, honesty--all of it is top-notch. And today's job/visit from Ricky Heath's guys--Trey & Allen--was no different! Trey & Allen knocked it out of the park and knew *exactly* what to do to repair a BUSTED MAIN LINE! They replaced an old failed pipe with a newer one and get the entire thing done in half a day. Outstanding communication, outstanding work quality, outstanding result. While I hope we don't need Ricky Heath for a long time, if we ever do--I'll be completely comfortable with having them handle anything. Thanks, Guys!

Hey there Mr. Robert Dunn, I just wanted to take a quick minute and send you some good news about one of your techs “Nate”. My husband and I are senior citizens and often feel like we’re not getting the service that so many companies promise you initially and often take advantage of the situation. We’ve been having one issue after another with our air conditioner, and luckily it was Nate who came out yesterday 7/11 to check it out and find out exactly what was happening, and he did just that, and worked to find out the problem. I’m not so sure that another Co. or tech would have worked so hard to also make us understand how to fix the problem, but Nate took that time and when he was ready to go our air conditioner was working fine and cooling off our home. Every question that we asked Nate he was patient and kind to explain why the problem was happening and simply fixed it! It was refreshing not to have to worry about another person coming into our home and telling us why it was necessary to have a brand new unit installed especially when this one was still in decent condition. I realize this is a longer survey than most but when you’ve hired someone who really cares about what they do and the customer I believe you need to know what a great employee you have, and Nate is one of the good ones! Ran into a plumbing issue and took a chance with Ricky Heath simply because I've seen their vehicles in my neighborhood. Man did I hit the mark with this one. Fantastic service with outstanding customer service both at the office and the technician that was sent out. It was also a no brainer to sign up for their $12/month membership to set up bi annual inspections to catch issues before they get too back along with a discount on services. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable Heating/Cooling/Plumbing company, not to mention their the only company that is open from 7-7 which saves a lot of my with after hours charges for those of us who work for a living.

Called a different company to diagnose the issue with the AC in the house I just purchased and was told I had a Freon leak and basically needed a new unit at $16,000. We heard some unsettling things about that company so I called Ricky Heath. They came out same day within hours, found the issue, showed me pictures of said issues, needed a new motor and another small part all for $1,400. Started the work same day and finished the next day. They talked me through everything and were fast and reliable. I’m also having them out to do plumbing work. Both Techs I dealt with were wonderful and respectful. I’m definitely using them for all my AC and plumbing needs.

A simple and easy process. I was greeted promptly and with a friendly voice when I call Heath to set an appointment for a service technician. The entire process was explained, the gathered basic contact information, explained that I would be contacted by a technician 30 minutes prior to arrival via phone conversation, text and email.Evan arrived as promised. After chatting a moment I took him the unit in question. He went right to work. In just a minute he was able to diagnose the issue and provide me potential solutions and soon after a price estimate. We discussed my options and he set up an appointment to have a system advisor come and provide quotes.We discussed our options and decided on a system replace. The Heath installer CJ contacted me early the next morning, arrived when he said he would and after a quick walk around ( he covered his shoes before entering my home) he was off to work. More to come but expecting a great outcome!

I called Heath Plumbing when my AC went out on my 1st floor. Joseph Wooten came right out that same day and after checking out the unit thoroughly explained why replaced the unit would be better than repairing it. The next day Jesse Burdorf came out with several options for units I could buy. Jesse was very hands on and helpful in walking me through that process. A couple days later he came back with a crew, CJ Light, Jacob Duncan and Jay White. These gentlemen working over 10 hours and 100+ temps to replace my unit with a new Rheem unit. CJ and his crew worked tirelessly to get my family and I back to living comfortably.I applaud all of these gentlemen for their work. 5 STARS

I called Ricky Heath plumbing to come out and check a unit. I was so pleasantly surprised. They sent the nicest person (Travis) to clean and inspect my unit. Travis did the most amazing job of cleaning my outside unit. I was so impressed. I watched as this black mucky stuff ( leaves that had been inside the unit for years) flow out of the unit. When he left I had a shiner, new looking unit that was blowing cold air!!! He talked me through the process and I learned so much. Thank you Travis and Ricky Heath AC and plumbing
