Chris and his assistant Jake were very professional and did a great job removing and installing my gas hot water tank. Impressed from introduction of Tech to completion of job. Chris was very knowledgeable & professional. . Didn't take him long to find the problem. Really like the fact a picture plus bio of Tech was sent prior to his arrival. Makes you feel comfortable letting a stranger into your home. First time using Ricky Heath Plumbing but if need arise will use again.
