The homeowner reached out because the existing fixtures weren’t what she wanted. “They’re horrible,” she told us. Rather than settling into the house with features she disliked, she asked for suggestions. We encouraged her to browse options at Home Depot or Lowe’s and pick the shower heads and faucets she liked. The invitation was simple: “Let us know what you like.”
That approach gave her full control over the choices while we handled the purchasing, invoicing, and installation—all before she moved in. By the time she arrived, the bathroom was ready. “I could actually take a shower,” she said, adding that she was “very happy.”
