Upon arrival set thermostat to cool, checked annd removed dirty filter, and went to outdoor unit. Unit running but pressures were 30/284. Went to air handler and found that it had previously been frozen as insulation was wet. Went back to outdoor unit and switched it to heating mode outside. Pressures ran as normal. Put it back to cool and went to air handler and found that unit was freezing at TXV. Will need to determine if unit is under warranty before giving a correct price
