For this job the customer had everything ready for us to make the repair. Cut the bad spot out and made a repair on the one inch meter and one inch water service. It had a lot of flex in it which snapped the mip. We installed a one inch stainless nipple. The customer does not want us to wait on it to dry so we can test and he will cover it up. Paid in cash

Received a call about flooded basement. Performed pumping excess water from the basement. The basement was restored from any water damage.

I arrived on site and checked the system. I found the pressures were low so I quoted didn’t Freon, customer stated they will have to wait till next week to pay for Freon.

Raise air handler and reconnect supply trunk with a transition using short piece of flex. Run gravity fed drain line to outside. Place aux drain pan under air handler with safety switch. Remove damp insulation from supply trunk and reinsulate.

For this job, I was called out for a leak on the handwash sink in the kitchen. Upon arrival I was greeted by the store manager who pointed out the problem area. I concluded my search for the leak as it was pretty obvious that the drain was all disconnected and missing parts. I replaced the grate style strainer and also replaced all the washers on the tubular. After repairs no leaks were spotted. We bill this customer.

Apron arrival I found drain pan filled with water and drain stopped up. I gave them quote on blowing the drain line out and they approved so I took a vacuum and nitrogen to clear the drain line and put some drain tablets in the unit I also vacuumed up all the water remaining in the pan. I couldn’t get the home owners on the phone because home owner had patients we need to call and collect.

For this job the customer had low water pressure intermittently in her kitchen area. We diagnosed the issue to a well pump that was not set up properly. We also checked her dishwasher for leaks. I noticed that there could be some issues with the hot water side due to the age of the water heater and that it’s never been flushed or maintained, also the fact that they are on well water. I gave them a price for a new water heater and a whole house filter

Gave estimate on re routing sewer. Going to add pool

Set thermostat to cool and went to air handler for downstairs unit. Fan motor is in good condition and well as coil. No signs of freezing. Filter also clean. Indoor delta T was at only about 9-10 degrees. Went to outdoor unit and tested pressures. Pressures were low (see pics) and saturation temp was also low. Customer approved estimate to add Freon. Charged unit to get saturation temp to 107 (20 above outdoor temp). Tested unit and found delta T was now at 18-24 degrees. Other unit seems to be operating as it should and pressures were normal. Fan and Evap in good condition. Drain lines are clear and added drain tabs to both. Noticed neither unit has any form of safety switch. Customer declined adding them at this time. *Mistyped on sold estimate. Freon was added to DOWNSTAIRS UNIT.

Gave a quote for gas line install for stove. Homeowner will follow up when work needs to be done.

For this job, I was called out for a loose toilet. I was able to tighten bolts down and it solved the issue. I then looked over everything in the house per the homeowners request. No major issue found and Mrs. Pittman is going to talk with her husband about a membership.

Customer is going to call us back out to rebuild hot and cold side on sink in master bathroom when parts come in.

For this job, I was called out to make a repair on a 3x2x3 sanitary tee in closet on first floor. After repair no leaks were seen after running all fixtures in bathroom above for 15 minutes.

quote to replace ductwork

I arrived on site and greeted customer, I found the condenser coil and evaporator coils were dirty so I cleaned the coils with coil cleaner and rinsed them off with water. I checked pressures and electrical components such as Contactor capacitor compressor and fans all operations are normal. I looked at the ductwork and the customer informed me he would like a quote for all new ductwork. System is cooling properly at this time.

For this job, I was called out for a leak under the fellowship hall. Upon arrival I inspected the areas of the fellowship hall and found the leak coming from a black plastic tubing type of pipe. It had a split in it causing it to leak. I removed that section of pipe and piped it back in with pex. After the repair no leaks were found. The leak was coming from directly above the ac unit in crawl space hence the limited access fee. I have inspected the rest of the crawl space and it is in dire need of a Repipe. The church in total has 7 toilets 7 sinks plus a water heater. Will need Tyler to work quote up.

Upon arrival found unit blowing but not cooling however outdoor fan was running and compressor not. Found that capacitor that was weak before is now near dead and replaced it with a new 70/5. Tested unit and it is working as it should and refrigerant pressures are normal

Installed 20 foot of 3/4 cpvc pressure relief line from water heater under house to outside of house .

Will need to replace 3x3x2 sanitary tee. Will cut 3x2 hole in ceiling to gain access to pipe

Apon arrival customer stated unit was not cooling properly. I checked the capacitor, I checked the tstat then I checked pressures and the unit was low on Freon. I gave the customer option to just add Freon back in it or do a leak search. Customer just wanted to add the Freon, after adding the Freon I checked the temperature come out the vents and it was steady dropping temperature I also checked the air handler In the attic and checked basic operations all ops normal. I also checked the filter and filter was good. I went over the membership and gave customer a paper copy. Right now all operations are good at this time.

Install a Daikin 18,000 BTU ductless heat pump system. This includes a handheld controller, Freon lines, drain lines, Electrical wiring, and a pad. Warranty: 10 years on the system parts, 1 year on all other materials, 1 year labor.
