I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the thermostat and set it to cool, I then spoke with the customer about the issues and he told me that during the hot part of the day the ac can’t keep up, I did a system evaluation and found the pressures were low. The suction pressure was only 90 psi. I quoted a leak search and adding Freon. Customer requested we add Freon and see how it does. I added 3 lbs of r 410a and the head pressure came up to 295 psi. System is functioning and cooling properly at this time.
For this job, I was called out for an issue regarding the handwash sink located right behind the bar top. The issue is that it was improperly installed from the get go and needs to be redone to the correct way. The strainer is not sealed or installed properly, it is missing the nut to tighten said strainer to ensure there won’t be leaks and it is held together by a Fernco. Same with the 3 compartment sink. All 3 strainers need to be changed out to a commercial style with a lever while also redoing the the pipe work underneath to ensure that it has the correct slope and fittings while also installing a hub on the floor drain so that water doesn’t go all over the floor when sinks are drained. Manager on site (Sammie) informed when when she can get in contact with the owner depending on approval of job or not she will call back in to set a date and time for us to come back out.
For this job we were call3d out for a leak on the well. The issue was the whole inlet blew apart. We rebuilt the inlet and no leaks occurred after testing.
The technician was very helpful and friendly and provided me with helpful advice.
For this job, we resealed a leaking tub spout. Customer is not leaking anywhere else at this present time.
I arrived on site and customer was not home, I called Mr wright and he said he’s at work.
