Upon arrival addressed any issues or concerns. Only concern being the bedroom does not cool like they feel it should. Set unit to cool and went to outdoor unit. Checked capacitor, amp draws, refrigerant pressures, contactor, fan motor and blades. All in good operating condition at this time. Went to air handler and found it dripping water. Noticed drain line clogged. Blew out drain line and it is flowing as it should. Fan motor blades are in good operating condition. Found a flex duct had come loose from a hard coupling so I reattached it. This seems to have been causing the air flow issue as after I reattached vents were blowing stronger. Delta t ~20. Coil cleaned and drain line clear.

For this job, I was called out for a leak in the basement. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mrs. Kight and her daughter showed me where the problem area is at. The problem area was coming from a 1/2” brass pex 90° that had a small pinhole in it. I removed the section and replaced with plastic 90° so that the well water won’t eat through it. After repair no leaks were found.

House is a year old and has brand new plumbing and is on a pump. We pulled the lid for the pump and it was working properly. We offered the 93 or free and was able to unstop the line about 1-2 feet in. We ran a shower and flushed the toilet 5 times. We need to follow up with sending Jimmy out here to camera the line.

Called back out due to leak under kitchen sink I worked on yesterday. We ran water several time and let the dishwasher go through a whole cycle and we found no evidence of a leak. One of the slip joint nuts had a drop of water under it. I was able to tighten it about a quarter turn. I’m not sure if that’s where the leaks was or not as we could not seem to recreate the issue.

Replaced basket strainer and tubular drain

For this job, I came out to investigate a potential leak on a supply line I put in, but didn’t see one. Changed supply line just in case supply line was faulty at no charge to customer.

For this job, I came out to replace a toilet supply line. Tested pressure and found it to be in pristine range, and determined that the stop blew loose due to bad 3/8 Pex line. Turned on toilet and tested and no leaks are apparent at this time.

Replaced return flex.as quoted. Also completed preventative maintenance. Found one supply duct 6 in that was blanked off.told homeowner. Syst working as it should at this time. Also saw 2 in drain from sink dripping .told homeowner we would contact her so plumbers can look at issue and evaluate

Found system frozen up.thawed unit. Found that system is diry needs to be serviced .filter was really bad.her husband is bringing one.sugest customer purchases maintenance agreement.also there is a hole in 16 in flex.sugest replacing before we clean unit. When we got done the temp difference was 20.3 degrees

Installed 2 new hosebibbs on the deck railing as handicap assisted access. Ran 120ft of 1/2in blue pex. Connect to well water. Tied into existing pex. Tested all working well

Made 1in water service repair. Installed 3/4 meter nipple and transitioned to 1in pvc. Installed a new 1in PRV and connected back to existing water service. Tested all working well

Provided est for customer. Will run 60ft of pex 3/4 from meter to home and tie on to 3/4 pvc

Provided est to install 2 new hosebibbs off the well line. Home hosebibbs are ran on well water and the house is ran on county water. Will tie on to pex and run water lines in pex blue 1/2in

No charge, callback on me. Tightened tub spout.

Will come back Thursday to make water line repair. Will dig up both meter boxes and install a new meter nipple. Will also make repair and install a new prv in other meter box. Water is off to home

We replaced the 3 handle shower valves with brand new single handle delta shower valves. Everything works perfect as should.

For this job I met Mr Brian on the front porch. He showed me the problem and it was the hot side of one of the three handle tub and shower valves. We discussed options on repairs and replacements. After trying to diagnose the leak, the handle broke off due to years of hard well water. I was able to get the stem out and identify it to a sterling. I gave Mr Brian his options on replacements and we both decided it would be best if he went with a more modern valve. We’re gonna cut the front of the tub/shower wall to access the valve and install two new delta single shower valves

For this job, I was called out for a slow draining kitchen sink. Upon arrival I met Mr. Scarborough and he walked me through how long the issue had been going on for and I came to the conclusion that the issues was within the tubular drain under the sink. I pulled apart the drain and saw that there was grease and liquid plumber that built up in the p trap. I thoroughly cleaned all the tubular and put some thrift down both basins and I was able to restore proper flow to each side.

I arrived on site and found a duct run had fallen down, I secured it with longer screws and put the register back on.

Replaced 1/4in ice maker valve in kitchen behind fridge. Cut sheet rock below valve box to gain access to 1/2pex line. Cut pex and removed old valve. Install new valve inside of box. Texted all working well. Water psi is 60psi

For this job the customer had a 14 year AO smith electric water heater. It was busted at the top on the hot side. We gave them the option to try and replace the nipples or just go ahead and bite the bullet and replace it with a new one. The customer decided to just go ahead and make the smart move and replace it with a new 40 gal tall electric Bradford white. We brought it up to code and tested for leaks.

Install a 50 gallon low boy water heater , and new thermal expansion tank . New 3/4 cut off valve . Run 2 cpvc pop off lines outside the house . Water heaters are up to code with no problems .

Installed 500’ 1” pvc water service

Performed system evaluation- checked filter, checked thermostat, checked refrigerant, checked amp draw for compressor, checked amps for blower motor, checked capacitor- 70/5 cap reading 28/3, informed customer. Inspected ductwork- customer informed me they have had ductwork repair done in past. Looks like they disconnected old flex lines and left under house and installed new flex and boots. 2-3 spots in house customer wants to see about sealing since they are not in use and cleaning up old flex. Presented customer estimates, customer approved the bundled repair option. Installed turbo 200 capacitor and tested system. Cleaned all old flex lines under house, sealed 3 supply boots, covered with mastic and Uploaded pictures.

We came out and did a very thorough evaluation and created options for customer.
