Cabled kitchen sink drain line and cleared the line. However we replaced both basket strainers. Everything tested and flowing No leaks.

Found upon arrival neither fan or compressor were running. Tested 70/5 capacitor and it was dead. Upon approval replaced capacitor with turbo200x (5 year manufacturer warranty installed 7/17/24). After installing, tested amp draws, refrigerant pressures, contactor, motor and blades. All in good working condition at this time. Went to air handler in attic and checked motor and blades as well as coil. All in good operating condition. Noticed that there were no safety switches on unit. Upon approval, installed a secondary safety switch and cut and cleared drain line. Fitted back together with a T. Tested float and it works as it should

Shutoff valve inside functions correctly. No to to change. Make repair outside of building. Cut old pvc pipe out. Connected 1in water service to 3/4 pvc and tied back into existing pvc for the repair. Tested all working well. No leaks or other issues at this time

Pull and reset toilet , install toilet flange and install 4 foot section of 3 inch pvc pipe .

Found drain safety switch was open cleared drain and reworked float switch. Also check to make sure dam also replaced five amp fuse and double checked dampers .alll OPPs normal

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then looked at the outdoor unit and found pressures were low, condenser was dirty, and insulation was missing. I checked amp draws and electrical components such as Contactor compressor capacitor and fan. I then looked at the indoor coil and found the coil was leaking. I checked heat kit, fan and capacitor. I found there was no secondary float switch in the system drain line. System is not cooling properly at this time. Filter is clean and thermostat is functioning. I also checked ductwork and the customer informed me the addition to the home (garage) was not cooling or heating properly and the system was never sized for the garage addition to the living space.

For this job, I was called out to look at a leak on a shower in the master bathroom. After looking at the leak I have determined that the shower valve needs to be rebuilt. It has caused a lot of damage to the drywall in garage as well as the drywall in the bathroom. Homeowner is going to call insurance and have an adjuster come out to determine if the bill will fall on her or them. She will follow up with us after the situation has been addressed by her insurance.

Both cond coils ar real dirty and need to be cleaned Returned and cleaned coils and check operation of both systems are working properly at this time

Will connect to existing polybutylene lines. Install new ball valve install new 50gallon tank tight electric water heater into the closet access in the garage.

Hydro vacuum 1 area with 2 drains and add 2 new sections of plumbing pipe from 3 foot below ground to top of ground .

Performed system check Checked pressures, checked more amps, tightened loose connections, checked heat exchangers, checked capacitor, cleared drain line, cleaned coils, checked/changed filters, checked tstats, checked temperature differences, checked basic operation all ops normal. Also when arrived customer mentioned add on room near master bedroom always gets dusty. I checked duct work and we need to get a price on redoing the duct work for the room next to the master bedroom.

We came out and did a plumbing inspection and created options for the customer.

Install customer supplied toilet,replace toilet flange,install hose bib,unstop kitchen sink, replace delta shower cartridge. Install second hose bib

Erica stated the house was backing up, I did some inspections to see what the plumbing was like under the house and seeing where the sewer went to see if there was a cleanout out. She opted for pulling the toilet to cable the sewer, I was able to unstop it thought the flange and I noticed the flange for the toilet I pulled was installed wrong. She would like a service tech to come out to give price on fixing the flange in the hallway bathroom, fixing the outside faucet near the barn and possibly rerouting the sink line that’s in the barn as well. In order to repair the sewer system, the first step was to pump down the tank to facilitate the repair of the septic line. Upon our arrival, we needed to determine the layout of the various lines and understand how the septic and pump lines were interconnected. We arranged for a pump truck to empty all three tanks so that during the excavation process, no septic waste would spill into the trench. After digging up the septic line, we discovered that it was broken at a combo fitting that diverted in a different direction. Upon further investigation, we realized that two lines were merging into one at that point. We removed the damaged pipes and reconfigured the plumbing accordingly. Additionally, we installed a new tee into the tank and used hydraulic cement to ensure a secure fitting.

Installed 100’ water service for automatic pool feeler.

For this job I was called out to install a customer supplied garbage disposal. After evaluating the the old disposal I came to the conclusion that it is indeed time to replace as it is busted and leaking out from the bottom. After giving a quote for our services the homeowner declined service.

Upon arrival to Mr Charles house we noticed he had a wet spot in his front yard from a leak on the city’s side. After meeting Mr Charles he walked u to a huge back yard where the pool was. The customer is have an automatic pool filler installed. He’s on a slab so tying the line into the crawl space isn’t an option. We determined that attaching to the hose bib closest to the pool is the best option. I collected a deposit for the job.

Came and reset the gfi they need an electrician it trips every 20 min also it has belly in line by tank and it needs to be repaired also the holding tank isn’t going into the pump tank there fore it needs to be pumped out to see why….. this needs to happen because we can’t get flowing full of baby wipes
