Attempted to unstop sink two days ago. It was looking good but they had more issues. On arrival today I noticed that it was worse than Tuesday. I tried the cable machine several times to no avail. I borrowed chads flex shaft and ran it through several times. After assembling the drain and testing several times, sink is now draining perfectly.
Came out to this job looked at everything customer has several root intrusions. We gave 3 options one to replace and reinstall from the edge of the house all the way to the tank. Knowing this option will work option 2-3 are no guarantee options. Sent options over to the customer for approval at a later date. He just done the air conditioning, so he wants to go over the prices with his wife to insure the best option for them and then will approve their choice.
Arrived at the blind academy, Brett showed where the work was needed to be done. We cut the wall behind one tub, tile wall. Replaced the waste and overflow for this and the same for the second tub that was causing problems. Tested for leaks and everything is fine. Tubs do drain slow but they are draining.
We replaced the shut off valve on the ice maker. The water is on and no leaks where found. The water pressure is great and everything we done is under warranty for 2 years.
Bathrooms

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then went to the thermostat and set it to cool mode. I then went outside and checked unit to find it was not running. I checked the breaker to find it was tripped. I found a loose connection outside at the breaker so I tighten the connection and did a full system evaluation. I checked amp draws and electrical components such as compressor capacitors contactor and fans. All systems are functioning correctly at this time, I found no issues with pressures. I checked ductwork also. Condenser coils were a bit dirty.
