Checked everything very thoroughly . Checked flow through cleanout when running everything was flowing properly through outside cleanout.
For this job, we cut out a failed 3/4” copper poly adapter and replaced with Pex. Turned on water and tested and no leaks are apparent at this time.
Replace bad blower Replaced blower motor with new blower motor had to modify the motor bracket to fit but system is back up and working at this time
Replace bad blower motor Found bad blower motor. On Lennox pulse furnace(1984) model Old motor looked to be a universal replacement for 3/4 motor running load amps was 9.5 This isn’t high enough. Need to replace with 110 volt motor that is over 10 amps so that motor will last (0ld motor kept going out on overload) Need to get the proper bracket for new motor After manager told us to go get motor and we got back he had talked to corporate and they told him they wouls need approval to do repair .and to put everything back together.and he would call when he has approval from corporate office If he approves we will need different bracket.
Made repair on pvc 1in. Used pvc 1in by press and reduced it to 3/4 and installed a new ball valve. Installed a new 6in round meter box
Approved via phone. Installed a new meter box, ball valve and repaired the water service. Made repair on 3/4pvc with 3/4pex. Installed a new pex ball valve as well. Unable to get pressure pic because gate to properties locked and chained up.
Arrived on site to find repair was made by flint EMC. Performed plumbing inspection was performed at home to ensure that no dirt had traveled down the line and cause issues with the plumbing at the persons home. A dispatch fee was also tagged on for the distance traveled . Tested all working well.
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the outdoor unit and found I wasn’t getting a call for my reversing valve. So I went inside and jumped orange and red and found I was getting a call. The thermostat is a non programmable and is bad. I spoke to the owner and he said he will get his own thermostat and we can install it.
I arrived on site and greeted manager. I found the leak was from the condensation drain line on the furnace. I then replaced the broken fitting and ran a new section of 1/2 inch cpvc into the floor drain. I primed the trap and found no more leaks. The system is dated and could be replaced soon.
We found tree roots in sewer and the entire sewer is bad. Cabled line multiple times and finally got it do drain. Had lots of build up due to root penetration in sewer need to be replaced under house all the way to the cleanouts by the back porch.
