Drain line is part pvc/flexible tubing and once under the house it goes straight to the ground and then back up and out of a fresh air vent. Needs to be rebuilt and converted to all pvc and strapped up to ensure there is no belly

Customer needs washing machine box installed. She just has two boiler drains in the wall being held by a 2x4. The boiler drains are beyond being repaired.

Found system for golden eagle room with a bad compressor this system is 20 plus years old and I can’t find any numbers anywhere to get compressor quotes need to go over this with Robert but I recommend system change out

Found that drain was stoped up Removed trap and flushed with water , vacuumed drain line,reinstalled trap checked system for proper operation Refrigerant pressures good. Did notice coil was dirty. System cooling at this time

For this job, we came and unstopped the toilet in the handicap stall in the men’s restroom. We also flushed toilet paper three times down the toilet as well, and the toilet flushed and cleared all blockages. Toilet is operational at this time.

For this job, I was called out to look over inspection notes and make possible repairs. However upon my arrival I was shown that the issues are bigger than anticipated. The issue is part of a series of 3” toilet fittings all conjoined in 1 area. It has broken the fernco and has a severe gash in one of the fittings. The entire area needs to be redone to bring up to code and to ensure proper slope and installation. Gave quotes for drain repair in crawl space.

Ran cable machine through the cleanout in the back yard. Line was clogged just before the inlet baffle tee for the septic tank. Tested all flowing well. No other issues at this time.

Water is currently off to home. There is a leak on a poly pipe manifold . The leak is at the base of the slab. Would need to open up the wall and a 2x2 section of the concrete slab to make the repair. Also provided the homeowner with a secondary option of repiping her home due to the whole home being on poly pipe

Arrived to find back wing of building to be stopped up. Ran cable machine through floor cleanout in hallway to unstop the line. Pulled back a diaper and 50+ wipes. Cleared drain line. Tested all working well

Upon arrival customer stated unit was making like a water noice and I looked at the coil and the coil was a little dirty but the noise customer was hearing was the water dripping into the pan so when I noticed that I walked outside and made sure the drain was draining and it was draining properly. While I was here I checked capacitor, motor amps, and pressure and basic operations all ops are working properly at this time. I also talked to customer about service agreement and customer approved.

Installed a new customer supplied 3/4 hp garbage disposal in place of a 1/2hp garbage disposal. Set new mount and wired up new disposal. Tested all working well. No other issues at this time

For this job, I was called out for an issue with the 3 compartment sink. The shut off valve was just off. I turned it on and it solved that issue. I did give a quote for the Jetter and they will let us know if they want us to do the job.

10 out of 10!!! Being that I was out of statebI had to resort to Google and Im so thankful I found this company. Complained constantly about the wrong parts for install. A little uncomfortable but he got the job done. Not a people person but I can’t knock him for that. When he said he should have priced the labor for a couple more hrs I didn’t think it was necessary. Out of curiosity though, I was in his way a few times.

Jake explained the process and necessity of the work he completed. He was clear, concise, honest and professional. The price was very reasonable for the work completed. Due to this and combined with the prompt appointment availability I initially received, I sincerely doubt I will call any other company next time I have a plumbing concern.
