Found unit was low on refrigerant performed leak search . Found leak in evaporator coil. Quoted repair Customer is not happy fells like the were mislead on repair options from previous call

Replaced blower motor and tested unit. All operations are normal

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I found that the thermostat was set on 81 so I educated the customer on how to operate their thermostat. Pressures were good and system was operating properly upon departure.

Replace ecm blower motor with rescue ecm. Tested and unit is working as it should. Will need to source oem warranty motor on Monday and return at some point to install

I arrived on site and greeted manager. I then went onto the roof and found the drain line for the front of house was stopped up. I cleared the drain line with nitrogen and checked all other drain were draining. Corey informed me we will come back out to do the maintenance soon.

Found system completely out of refrigerant.looked for signs of leak could not locate Has Bryant 2014 outdoor unit and 2017 Sugest system replacement

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I did a full system evaluation and found the pressures were low on the system. I quoted leak search and adding Freon. Customer needs some time to think about it before he goes forward with repairs.

I arrived on state and greeted customer. He showed me to the attic where he had already cleared out the pan of water, I saw there was no safety switches in the system so I quoted both pan and drain line safety’s. He said he would like to schedule it for next Friday to do the work. He said he thinks he got the drain cleared of blockage but would like both safety switches installed.

Fireplace is no longer in use , no natural gas in neighborhood tanks only. Customer removed gas logs. Nothing is gas/propane.

Rebuild commercial sink stopper

Installed a new 40 gallon electric tank tight water heater in attic. Tied in water heater to 3/4 pex and installed a new ball valve on the cold side

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the outdoor unit and found it had 0.00 psi on both high and low sides. I quoted adding Freon and a leak search. The system hold almost 14 lbs of r410a. Customer requested I fill the system back up. I weighed In a factory charge and tested operation. System began cooling again. And pressures looked good.

Upon arrival addressed immediate concern which was a loose condensate line. Where a previous tech from another company cut drain line to clean it had separated. I glued it back together and it is no longer leaking. Checked amp draws, fan bearing, and evaporator in attic. All in good working condition at this time. Customer has a pan switch but no secondary safety switch. On outdoor unit checked amp draws, contactor, capacitors, and fan bearings. Capacitor is getting weak but other than that all is in good working condition at this time. Cleaned coil and drain line is clean. Also added drain tabs while upstairs. Gave estimates to add a secondary and replace bad capacitor. Customer declined at this time

Upon arrival to this job the customer has a mold spot on his ceiling in the garage right under the water heater. His psi to the house is good but the water heater is just old and worn out. The new one needs to be brought up to code, with new water heater supply lines, valve and a new aluminum pan. It needs to be a 40 gal electric short due to the height and width of the attic and the attic door. The customer is interested in our heating and air conditioning services and he has a $25.00 gift card to apply to that service

Pump grease trap

Customer stated their house was backing up. I did some diagnostics and nothing was flowing, when running the tub or showers the toilet would gurgle. I also pulled the clean out and it was not holding this is how I came to the conclusion I needed to cable towards the home. I was about to attempt to cable and before I got the cable in the line the sewer unstopped itself. I did not unstop line so I waived the 93. Jimmy will need to come out here to camera the sewer from the clean out going towards the house to examine what is causing this issue. Customer stated this is the second time this has happened and last time was roughly two years ago and it unstopped itself that time as well.
