On this job I checked out the grinder pump and addressed all the customers concerns. I did provide an estimate for a check valve.

Upon arrival set unit to cool and went to outdoor unit. Compressor was running but fan was not. Tested 55/10 capacitor and it was reading 30/0. Upon approval Replaced bad 55/10 capacitor and retested unit. Fan and compressor came on as they should. Checked amp draws, fan blades and motor, as well as contactor. All in good working condition at this time. Indoor delta T is ~20 degrees. Customer is aware of the age of the unit but is not ready to replace at this time as no major issues are present

For this job, we came out and investigated a slow drain on all toilets in home and found a sabotaged pipe and a main line blockage. Customer is talking with wife and will let us know in the morning on how they wish to proceed. Customer also did not want to go with the immediate option upon discovery of sabotaged pipe.
Upon arrival customer stated unit was not cooling I checked all the wires I checked pressures, tightened loose connections and I checked the capacitor and found the capacitor was weak it was a 45/5. I changed it and everything came on and it started cooling. I also talked to customer about membership.

For this job the customer had a leak on the hot side of the water heater in the wall. Cut the wall to access the leak. Replaced the hot and cold supply lines with a new shut off valve. Gave an estimate for a full house water repipe. They’re also interested in a new water heater so I’ve sent over an estimate for that as well.
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the outdoor unit and found it was low on Freon, I then went to the attic and found the evaporator coil was freezing up. I quoted a leak search and found the indoor coil was leaking in multiple spots. The unit is still under warranty. I checked float switches and electrical in the system and found no further issues.
I arrived on skate and greeted customer. I found the outdoor unit would not run. I found the capacitor was bad and needed replacement. I replaced capacitor and it came on and ran properly.
For this job the customer has a krown wall mount hand was faucet that the cold handle is stripped out. I gave them an estimate for labor and material on a rebuild kit. They think they have one in the storage but will let us know
Pull toilet and cable through flange, was able to unstop sewer. Tested the sewer and everything is working properly. We do not need to follow.
Provided an estimate for pulling and resetting a toilet and replacing a 50-gallon electric water heater. Assessed the toilet’s condition, including flange and seal integrity. Evaluated the current water heater's connections, ensuring compatibility with a new unit. The estimate includes labor for disconnecting and removing the old water heater, installing the new unit, and ensuring all electrical and plumbing connections meet code. Detailed pricing for parts and labor was given to the customer.
Repaired a leak in the kitchen sink. Identified the source of the leak as a worn-out gasket in the drain assembly. Disassembled the sink drain, removed the old gasket, and replaced it with a new one. Reassembled the drain components and ensured all connections were tight. Tested the sink by running water, confirming the leak was resolved. Verified proper drainage and no further leakage.
For this job, I was called out to inspect a leaking water heater. Upon arrival I was greeted by the homeowner who explained what was going on and how long the issue has been happening. I then proceeded to further investigate the issue and my conclusion is just that the water heater has given out due to old age(23yrs). Homeowner declined service.
I arrived on site and greeted customer, I looked at their filter and thermostat and set it to cool. I then went to the attic and checked the air handler there was a drain safety and pan safety switch. I also checked fans and heater kit. I then went to the outdoor unit and cleaned the coil and drain line. I checked electrical components such as Contactor capacitor compressor and fan. All operations are normal. System is a 2020

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the thermostat and set it to cool mode and went outside to find the unit was not running, I checked the capacitor and found it was bad. I quoted and replaced the capacitor and the system began cooling again. All operations are normal and system is functioning correctly at this time, the filter was dirty and the customer said he will replace it.
Auger toilet to get paper towels out of toilet, I tested toilet and also adjusted the flapper due it being loose. Manager at the time asked me to also give an estimate for replacing the lever drains for sanitary sink. I took a picture of the drains for this sink the pipe is 2” and is direct to the grease trap.

Replace hose bib. Unthread hose bib from slab house and thread new one on in less then 5 min.
I arrived on site and went to the thermostat and checked operation. I then looked t the filter and found no airflow whatsoever at the air handler. The filter was completely stopped up. I removed the plugged filter and informed the customer that they need to replace it. I also checked pressures and found they were low and I added 3 lbs of Freon to the system and it began cooling properly again. electrical components. the system is a 1996 model year carrier and could use replacement soon to increase efficiency of cooling the home.

Cable kitchen with chain knocker due grease and build up in line. I also ran hot water and a little bit of thrift so I could flush the kitchen line out. Tested drains and everything is draining properly. We do not need to follow up.
