Set unit to cool. Indoor unit comes on but outdoor does not. Checked capacitor and it was completely dead. Customer approved replacement of capacitor which will be under warranty as its only 4 years old. Replaced capacitor and tested unit. Checked amp draws, capacitor, contactor, and refrigerant levels(see pics). All in good working condition at this time
For this job, I was called out for water pooling in the area where we did a drain repair last year. After digging up the pipe we fixed and even digging about 3’ on each side of the repair, no leaks were found. We ran sump pump 3 times and nothing showed up. We informed the homeowner that if it happens again to try and get a video or picture of it. We covered the hole back up and made sure the area was nice and clean.
For this job, we trenched in a 80 foot water service from the meter to the house. Installed an exterior hose bib and tee’d off and ran a short piece to a toilet that is on the other side of the wall.

For this job we scoped out the area for a new water service. The customer has an old home with concrete floors and plaster walls so it’s going to be a bit of a challenge to run new water pipes but however we are able to get them water from a new meter at the back of the property. Super cool couple that love living most of the time in Florida where they have another house. Once locates a re good and we schedule a time to complete the work they are going to leave a key for us.
Gave estimate on water heater. Water heater is busted and leaking internally.
Capped off sewer and removed and capped water line also drained all the fixtures
