Customer decided to go with maintenance agreement. Serviced Rheem split heat pump . Checked all electrical,refridgerant charge,drains,treated drain with drain tabs. All OPPs normal Did notice that drain did not have auxiliary drain switch ,and auxiliary drain pan was rusty but solid.

Gave estimates to install Cleanout outside to unstop sewage

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then went to the outdoor unit and disconnected power. I then proceeded to recover charge and remove compressor. I then prepped the unit for the new one.

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the outdoor units and checked operation. I checked electrical components such as compressor Contactor capacitor and fans.. I found the capacitor was reading 0.04 on both herm and fan. The capacitor has failed so I replaced the capacitor and the system came on and cooled. I then went to the attic and checked air handler. All operations are normal.

Homeowner wanted an estimate to Install new 120 foot of 1 inch water line from well to chicken house .

Replace 45 foot of gas line and fittings going to grill .

Performed system check Checked pressures, checked capacitor, cleaned units, checked filters, tightened loose connections, checked motor amps, checked heat exchangers for any cracks, cleared drain line, checked duct work, checked basic operations all ops normal.

Found system completely out of freon. Customer want to have comfort advisor come out.

Repair 2 water leaks under house .

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I found both outdoor units were not running, I found one system was out of Freon completely and had a leak in the TXV the part is covered under warranty. The other system has a full pan of water and the float switch has it turned off. I replaced the Txv under warranty. I pressure tested the unit with nitrogen and pulled a strong vacuum down to about 650 microns for about 45 minutes. I then weighed in a factory charge and the system began cooling again. The upstairs system was full of water so I cleared the drain and the system began cooling again. All systems are functioning properly at this time.

When approved will need to repute water lines under kitchen sink with pex. Will set 2 new shutoff valve. Will also replace ice maker line and stop

We will be coming back out on a later day. (Fridays are best for customer). Collected $99 but will be credited towards work when we do it. Work is sold for later day
