Warranty work concerns. No issues found at this time as far as any broken drains or water lines. Still a slight odor of sewage. I explained to the home owner that even with putting lime down, due to the ground saturation and the humid climate, that it could take a little bit longer than usual for the smell to dissipate. Advised homeowner to leave crawl space entrance open to let the crawl space breath to completely dry up the dirt. Also advised that they buy a blower fan to help speed up the process

This is an option to perform a two bath Repipe on home. Upon further investigation, we found that previous plumbers used the wrong fittings/sharkbite fittings to hook together water lines, and due to the minerals found in the customers well water, the fittings have corroded and started to corrode. This estimate is for the following: -perform a two bath Repipe on customers home (unit A.) Fittings will have to be poly fittings due to well water. -install a whole home shutoff underneath home and create an access point for customer. This would include us busting through brick and putting a panel there for access. This is the best option for the customer because we would remove all problem areas under home water wise that have been patched repeatedly. All work would come with a 2 year warranty. This option comes with a Plumbing Only Membership as well.

For this job, I was called out for a gas line quote. Homeowner would like the gas line for the stove lowered about 6 inches but for us to do that we would need to take the nipple out and thread in a new one. Or we could replace the section leading up to the stove while also adding on a floor plate with a built in shut off. Homeowner will call us back when he has decided if he wants to move forward.

For this job, I came out to investigate a water line break and found that a 3/4 x 1/2 x 3/4 brass tee had failed, and ruptured. We gave customer options to fix or replace water line, and customer went with the option to replace the water lines throughout the home. Customer is being financed through green sky as well, and I got them up and running by making a patch on the water lines so they can have water through the holiday. Please note that a two man team would be well suited to do the estimated work.

For this job, we came out and investigated a water leak and found a galvanized stand pipe coming out of the ground was leaking water. We capped off the stand pipe and turned the water on and no leaks were found at this present time. Offered customer Repipe but customer declined it. Trust is responsible for the payment so I emailed them a payment link.

I arrived on site and collected information on what needs to be done as far as moving condensers, running new line set and charging up systems with Freon. Also the bigger cooler needs a run capacitor. Customer told me he needs at least the small cooler to run for the time being. I will have to get with Robert on how to price the line set and Freon.
