I arrived on site and greeted tenant. I went to the outdoor unit to find no call for cool. I then jumped out the thermostat and checked voltage at my control board on the furnace. I found no voltage. The transformer is good and putting out 28 volts. The control board has failed and this carrier 80 percent standing pilot furnace is obsolete and we cannot get parts for a system this old, system replacement is the best option at this point.
Unstop[ ice machine drain
Attempted to cable sewer from clean at the back of the house and cable at the clean out at the front of the building. I had no luck with unstopping. The owner is going to get the city to come out tmrw to see if they can unstop it and they will call us back out to camera the line.

Removed old furnace and ac. Installed new line set, condenser, Evaporator coil, and furnace. Existing concrete pad was used as it was in good condition and was level. Tested both ac and heat and units are working properly.
Ice machine drain
We came out to diagnose a blockage. Nothing was found after draining tub multiple times.
Upon arrival I greeted customer and pulled the blower to find a cracked heat exchanger. The furnace and ac side is very old and the system needs to be replaced. I tested the ac side and found it was cooling but not well, the furnace and indoor coil are 30 plus year's old. System replacement is the only option due to the fact we cannot get a heat exchanger for this furnace, and carbon monoxide will leak into the home unless the system is replaced. I shut off gas to the unit

Toilet needs new wax seal and emergency shut valve for toilet is leaking
Customer wasn’t happy, he thought we had a leak detector.
Replace elements, also did very thorough evaluation.
For this job, I ran snake through clean out located at crawl space door. No issues with job and sink now drains properly without any hiccups.
Gathered info for hanging heater replacement
Came to home because toilet was backed up, notice there was sewer in the yard. We gave price to dig up sewer on right side of home from crawl space to the side walk. We have emailed the estimate to the customer.

For this job we gave a quote for a toilet rebuild and valve replacement for washer box. Customer declined service.
Clearing of a kitchen sink clog with hydro jetting machine. Ensured smooth water flow, preventing future backups.
For this job, we are looking at replacing 50’ of 1 1/2” copper hot main in ceiling. Owner wants copper put back in place. We will need tons of 1 1/2 progress couplings, tees, reducers, and or 1 1/2” x 1/2” reducing tees. Limited access due to having to cut out drywall. There are patches we can take out but will most likely need one continuous hole.
