Job Locations and Reviews
For this job the customer had a couple of issues and a couple of concerns. His plumbing issues ended up being rather simple repairs. The ice maker line come from underneath the kitchen cabinet and routing under the house and up to the refrigerator, had two pin hole leaks in it. I cut the bad spots out and transitioned to a steel braided supply line. Tested and no leaks. The other issues was a backing up laundry line. I was able to clear it with two passes but being as it didn’t have a vent it’s still didn’t really drain properly because it was using the kitchen sink vent as its own but however it still took the water. I also gave the customer two estimates for new water piping under the house and one for a new water heater
For this job the customer needed two things done but we found one more thing. The lift and turn on the tub drain was off and needed to be reinstalled, the tub spout was not secure at all and there needed to be an ice maker line ran. The crawl space is too low for anyone to get under so we will have to tie onto the cold side of the water heater, take the line up and over and down the wall to install the ice maker valve. The tub spout needs to be sweated on with a mip and the tub drain screwed back on. I explained all this to the homeowner and sent her an estimate. She said she would get back with us
We're so glad you had a positive experience with us. Thank you for your kind words and support.
Upon arrival customer stated tstat was not working, so I walked to the unit and took the door off and noticed ants was in the fuse and had blown it, so I replaced it with a 5 amp fuse and everything came on, after everything came on I inspected the rest of the unit, and checked the capacitor 75/5 was good I checked the motor amps was good checked pressures 410a and the was good, then I checked the air coming out the vents and it was blowing 59 degree air. I also talked to customer about membership

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the outdoor unit and found the fan was locked up and would not turn. I quoted and replaced motor. I checked electrical components and did a full system evaluation and found both condenser and evaporator coils were dirty. Customer declined cleanings at this time.

Branch line was backed up, we unstopped it for free. More than likely this branch line will back up again due to the condition of the pipe, it is in really bad shape. I tried to flush out the build up as much could. Everything is draining good as of right now.
For this job, I came out and rebuilt a two handle Delta shower valve. It should be noted that diverter valve on tub spout is leaking from the top of the diverter upon activation and will need to be replaced as well, and an estimate has been given to replace brass gold tub spout. Fixture has been tested and is operational at this time.
For this job, I came out and investigated a potential issue in apartment A-21 referring to no water coming out of the shower. Shower is operational and tenant can use shower so that compliance issues can be solved. Property manager brought to my attention the issues with the shower and the tub and estimates have been given to make necessary repairs/replacements if approved. Apartment A-22 has a leak under kitchen sink that is appearing to run into A-21. We would move to make repairs under there. Apartment A-24 has an issue underneath tub and we would move to make repairs as well there.
We came out to create option to fix issue.
Found house at 74 degrees Refrigerant pressures at 120/290 Seems just a little low on refrigerant Also checked air handler to make sure that heat strips weren’t on they were not on No auxiliary drain. Switch 2018 systems-
Found that compressor was grounded and fan motor also seems to have damage as well. It will free spin but it is not functioning. Capacitor is good and feeding power however neither compressor or fan are working. Also all high voltage is good. Customer declined repair
Main trunk line coming off toilet was clogged. Toilet was pulled when we arrived and tank was off. Back of bowl where tank mounts was broke. Unable to proceed with unstop
Upon arrival addressed any issues or concerns. None at this time. Set thermostat to cool and checked filter. Advised customer that replacing filter soon would be beneficial. Went to furnace in closet and checked amp draws, fan motor, capacitor. All in good working condition at this time. Also drain line is clear and pump is functioning as it should. Went to outdoor unit and checked pressures, contactor, capacitor, amp draws, and fan motor. All in good working condition at this time and pressure are normal. Pulled fan and cleaned coil. Customer advised that she has allergies and son has asthma and I mentioned an air purification system. She would like more info if possible from someone that knows more about them as I let her know I don’t have much experience with them.
