For this job, I came out to investigate two overflowing toilets and found the following: - customer stated that we came out and attempted to unstop line in January, and customer said that she unstopped the line using drano, liquid heat, and Clorox. Checked records and we did come out in January. - customer then stated that we came and redid bleeder field lines and pumped septic tank at the beginning of issues. - we pulled both cleanout caps and found no blockages in the one closest to the tank; the one beside the ac unit has blockages and debris in sewer line from bellied pipe - sewer line does not appear to be adequately graded under home (slab house) - Guest bathroom is backing up and so is toilet In garage - both overflowing - Technician cameraed line and found bellies in line - Found debris in sewer line close to the cleanout closest to the ac unit - customer states this happens in bathrooms when she washes clothes. Line doesn’t back up into the cleanout, this happens all over th

Augured the toilet got to toilet tp flow good have a video of the flush as well as showed the customer multiple flushes. We told the home owner if it happens again she will need a new toilet.

Looked at the job gave multiple options.

Upon return today, technicians did the following: - Installed A.O. Smith 50 Gallon Natural Gas Water Heater for customer - Installed sediment trap for customer - Reinstalled check mvalve for customer for recirculating pump We installed an A.O. Smith in the place of a Bradford White for customer due to all of the Bradford Whites at the supply house being damaged. No leaks have been found at this time, and customer is all set and ready to go. Customer has paid a deposit on a previous job for the remainder of this job. We also need to follow up with the customer with both the camera tech and another tech to come out with the camera tech.

The only thing wrong here is that the chain on the flapper needs be adjusted and then everything worked perfectly all the other drains in the home are working fine

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the thermostat and removed the nest and installed a basic non programable Honeywell home. I set up thermostat and set it to cool mode and watched it cool.

Replaced bad compressor and also replaced filter drier. Tested for leaks with nitrogen then pulled vacuum. Filled to factory specs plus line set for a total of 14lb 4 oz. Tested and unit is working as it should and a delta t of 20.

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then went to the thermostat and found it was set to cool mode. I checked everything in the system and found the float switch was sticking again so I quoted replacing the float switch. I checked the system and found it was cooling properly. Customer also requested a normal non WiFi thermostat. I don’t have any thermostats on my van so we will have to return in the morning to replace the thermostat.

For this job, I came out to investigate a leaking water heater and found that the relief line was busted, and the customer requested a quote on a new one. I also had to wait thirty minutes for him to go through with physical therapy, so I performed a thorough evaluation and walked around the house with his wife. I found the following: - 1st Choice Heating and Air was out here within the first week of February to install a Goodman unit. Customer has been having problems with the thermostat and unit ever since. - Customer was worried about their septic tank being full and the bleeder lines being blocked. They also had their septic tank pumped by another company before Austin came out here in March, and reported that their septic tank had been pumped out of one side only, and Ms. Karen (customers wife) reported that it sounded like the emptied side had filled up instantly. - customer has a cleanout under home (which I cameraed) and found root intrusions, but nothing like the septic tank

Found that compressor was not running but fan was. Capacitor and contactor both functioning as they should. Removed fan shroud and compressor was extremely hot to the touch. Cooled down with water and tested again. Compressor would hum but that was it. Checked amp draw and it was above LRA. Unit will need compressor replaced to run properly.

Me and Thomas came to this job and cabled the washer and kitchen line from the roof. We ran 3 loads down the drain, made sure that everything was operating as it should. Everything is good to go on this job.

Did give an estimate on the repipe of drain under house however Ned two send them back to cable washer from roof then dump a FULL washer a few times. Thoroughly clean the line

For this job, I came to investigate the cause of a stoppage, and found the following issues: -Pipe is retaining water close to the septic tank. I cameraed the line and found remnants of something that looked like baby wipes. -Pipe is barely graded when it comes to the 4” main sewer line. There is some sewage behind brass cleanout plug under home. -Pipe is backgraded and bowed underneath home going towards kitchen and laundry room, causing the blockage. -There is a break between the laundry and kitchen causing water to come underneath the home. A supervisor will have to review everything found. I couldn’t do anything in the moment to fully alleviate customer concerns, and customer can’t afford to do anymore work on their home.

For this job the customer has a rheem electric water heater that is from 2014 and it has some evidence of a small leak. It also hasn’t been flushed in years and it produces a foul smell. I gave the customer two options to correct those issues or just replace it with a new one with a warranty

Recalled sewer to pull to clean pipe again due to not being clean well enough when we installed the cleanout.

Unstopped sewer for Trey so he could cut sewer open without it flooding his hole. Pulled back wipes but was able to unstop.

Attempted to cable washing machine drain, there was an access panel so I took it off the wall and a cleanout was behind it. I used the chain knocker and the m18 to run down the line. I did test washing machine by running one load and it did back up. I decided to camera the line there is video of this and the line is not plugged but there are two bellies in the line, Jimmy or Chad need to come out here to take a look and give further options on getting this fixed

Sewer was having problems draining, I tested the toilet that was mentioned. It would not flush. I tested the other full bath and when running everything it was causing gurgling in both bathrooms. I decided to crawl under the house and see where the sewer came out so I could check for a clean out. In the process I noticed the plumbing underneath had a cross for the toilet this made the option of pulling a toilet out of question. I talked to the customers showed them everything I found and explained that installing a clean out would be the only option due to the way the sewer is plumbed under the house. They wanted it emailed to them and will accept it after they move a few things around.

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I found the float switch had water in it. I cleared out the drain line and reset the thermostat and the system came on and began cooling again.

Apon arrivel found system with a bad deal capacitor replaced capacitor all ops normal

Toilets

Performed system check Checked pressures, checked motor amps, cleared drain lines, checked filters, washed units, checked capacitor, checked duct work, checked temperature coming from the vents, tightened loose connections, checked for any burnt wires, checked heat exchangers for any cracks, checked basic operations all ops normal at this time.

Repair water line in ceiling in basement. Brass fitting was installed on well water system and has begun leaking. I cut out the brass coupling and replaced it with a plastic coupling to prevent the same thing happening again. I also provided an estimate for a repipe to get rid of anymore of those fitting as they have had this issue before.

93 or free, was not able to unstop sewer. We believe the tank needs to be pumped. My cable did make it to the tee in the tank and still did not unstop.

New construction, now existing water line. Tied on to 1” meter nipple with 1” pvc. Ran PVC about 6’ and installed a tee with a cap for future tie on. Other side of tee reduced to 3/4” and extended a riser about 2’ above ground level to install a hose bib at top of driveway
