Checked system s on restaurant the one Donnie told me to check was not running. Jumped out and it came on recorded pressures see pictures. This problem might be in thermostat. Could not get in they were closed. Also put make shift door on old unused unit near other restaurant units Church central. Found that unit is not getting power to thermostat needs new wire pulled to sanctuary unit. Pulled new tastat wire from unit down to Tstat. All ops normal.

Found that unit number 5 had blown low voltage fuse. This is the same issue as before. Checked all low voltage wires and controls for short. Wire tied loose wires in control panel of outdoor unit. Raised fuse size in indoor unit to 5 amp. Added fuse holder to outdoor unit and added 3 amp fuse. This way if short happens again we could isolate where problem is inside or outside. After talking to guys at parts counter they also said that the problem tends to happen when they have a power surge like the one that shorted router. System working as it should at this time. Sometimes shorts can be very elusive if problem happens again we recommend surge protection for at least furnace number 5 Robert will quote this option.

Replace 80/5 dual capacitor

Found system low on Freon added 1.5 lbs 410a per Robert no charge

Inspected 2 systems. Changed customer supplied filters. Checked amp draws and Freon. Found one contactor welded shut. Replaced double pole contactor. All ops normal at this time.

Performed system maintenance on 7 systems changed all customer supplied filters checked pressure and amp draws and capacitors found an old make up air system that is disconnected allowing an abundance of heat to enter the building need to quote capping the ductwork. Replaced dbl pole contact on one system on octagon cafe

Labor to: Reclaim freon from unit #4. Install customer supplied compressor and charge back to specs with customer supplied As I started removing compressor I found that one of the line voltage wires had burned off made repairs to wiring and can Changed polarity on system started it up and done a full system check system is running with all ops normal at this time Robert to adjust invoice

Found short finally it was in bundle of wires wire tied to suction lines on compressor.separated wires and taped them and ran them around pipe to prevent future shorts. No charge per Robert

Problem with front unit Found low voltage fuse blown replace fuse and isolated all components and realized I had possibly caused short when I put panel back on unit on Friday let system run .all OPPs normal at this time. Customer said he was going to wait on servicing other system. Possible call back.

1st American standard heat pump Found unit frozen up,thawed,found badx13 blower replaced Rinsed cond coil and checked operation 2nd American standard heat pump cleaned coil (it was real dirty) Found bad condenser fan motor. Replaced Checked refrigerant pressures on both systems All OPPs normal at this time. Customer wants someone to call and set up a time next week to check other package unit

Attempt to repair leak in evaporator coil. Charge system to factory specs with customer supplied freon. This is an attempt to repair leak in evap coil and there is no guarantee this will be successful and no warranty on this repair.

Changed out thermostat on rtu 5 system is back up and running with all ops normal

Unit #5 needs thermostat Tech was told not to install when here last time.

Install 5 new Digital TStats Installed 2 of 4 thermostat installed stat for rtu#1 and #2 those systems are back up and running so three systems out of five are now working

Electronic leak search. Performed leak search on rtu#3 found system is leaking in the evap coil

Apon arrivel found found that rut #1 has a bad t stat . Jumped system out and it runs rtu#2 also has a bad t stat jumped it out and it also runs rtu#3 has a bad t stat and is completely out of Freon need to pressure test and leak search. Rtu#4 has a bad compressor and wires are burnt. Rtu#5 is running with all ops normal except for t stat reading wrong temp all 5 systems need updated t stats

For this job, I came out to diagnose why a Noritz Tankless heater wasn’t working. The control board is fried and will not power on. We gave an estimate to replace on 3/22.

For this job it is a callback. The handle stem we replaced was spraying water. I replaced the one that was faulty and checked all the other ones while I was here to ensure the rest were working properly as well. The issue was that the o-ring was split causing it to spray. I gave quote for a 4” bathroom faucet for women’s restroom per manager request.

For this job, we replaced the hot and cold stems on compartment sink faucet and we also replaced a sink strainer on same sink. After repairs no leaks occurred. We also replaced an aerator on the men’s bathroom faucet.
