Robert was knowledgeable and his uniform clean and neat as was his work truck. He tried to get every discount he could give me and didn’t “run” the clock. When I initially contacted the company, I said I wanted a plumber for life. Robert made sure he lived up to my expectations.
For this job, I was called out to replace a 40 gallon standard electric. Upon arrival I did conform the water heater needed to be replaced hence the age of it being 20 years old. After installation of the new 50 gallon Bradford white no leaks were found and water was heating up when I left.

Diagnosed leak under home at back to back showers. Due to pricing Mr. Hendrix is going to find another way to have the repair done.
