Found leak to be on multi-plex manifold that is owned and managed by coca-cola. Can not touch this because this issue is past where the water line ties in for the system.
Cut out wall to access leak and repair.
Install new flush valve , install new spud on toilet.
Provided an estimate to replace the flush valve on their toilet. Customer accepted, we will return tomorrow to complete quoted work.
Pull and reseal 2 toilets, one in the womens and one in the men, This price is if toilet flanges are in good condition and don’t need to be replaced.
Leak on hot water line leaking at 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/2 cpvc tee Did a extended water diagnosis to determine where leak was coming from had to remove pipe installation to locate leak
Video inspect sewer line to provide accurate estimate for necessary repairs. Video inspected over 100FT entire cast iron line is rusted with bottom of pipe gone. Multiple bellies in multiple areas. Customer requested price to replace all of this and add 20-25FT to estimate to get new sewer line to exterior of building. Line runs under approximately 14 walls.
