I arrived on site and greeted customer. I took a look at their dryer vent and found floor Joyce’s in the way. There is no spot to put the dryer vent without cutting a hole in the wall and move it back about. 3-4 inches from the original hole in the floor. I will talk to Robert and get an idea of what needs to be done to achieve the laundry door to close.
Tested toilets and sewer is back up with what looks like sludge, I gave an option to use the jetter. Customer would like to call us back to get it done. I did collect a dispatch fee for visit.

For this job, I was called out to do a plumbing inspection. After my evaluation of the system I did not find anything that would need any immediate repairs. The one thing I noticed was that the upstairs hallway bathrooms toilets shut off was dripping only when turned off. No other issues were found other than the type of piping which is cpvc.
For this job, we were called out to inspect why the customer couldn’t get hot water. We changed two thermostats on the water heater located in the garage, and then tested and saw that the top element wasn’t ohming out. We replaced the top element as well, and water heater is operating as intended at this time. House was built in 2019 and customer has been having other plumbing issues so we gave estimates to repair tub and shower drains that have been causing leaks.

I arrived on site and greeted customer, he informed me that his system was only a few years old. I inspected every part of the system and checked ductwork and safety concerns. The pressures were within spec of the heating chart. The only issue I see is the drain line does not have any fall to it. The customer also mentioned possibly getting a mini split for his basement sometime in the future. Overall his system is in great shape.
