Gave estimates to customer to fix all issues that have been noted, and as a sign of good faith, waived the dispatch fee. Could not check pressure due to not being able to locate water spigot outside. Customer would like for us to follow up with her on Monday concerning her decision on the estimates.
Need have leanne call customer Monday about other options
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then went to the air handler and found the capacitor on the fan motor is bad. Upon approval I replaced the capacitor and tested operation. System is back up and running however I recommend replacement do to the age and condition of the system.

customer changed his mind on relocating the heater. We removed two older units from the attic and installed a new Bradford white in the same place. Once water was turned back on we tested pressure. It was well over 100 so Mr. Hyde opted to have us install a prv to protect his new water heater.

They had 2 wall mount systems one has a bad compressor and the other has a plugged up filter and bad evaporator fan motor. The customer also requested we quote them thermostats, ecobee premium and lite and standard thermostat. I replaced the bad fan motor on in the system and I replaced the filter also he gave the customer a spare filter. System is cooling at this time.

For this job, we replaced master bathroom three handle shower valve with a Delta shower valve, and replaced drain in master bathroom. Leak tested and found no leaks present, and customer is all taken care of at this time.
Found that ductwork had been ripped apart on both supply and return sides and had bad sections consisting of 5 to 10ft on each side. and rain shield was missing. Gave estimate to repair. Customer declined at this time. Also saw water leaking under house that I brought to customers attention
To run 25 feet of gas tire to a grill
Found that thermostat would work if reset while in the comfort mode desired. Heat or cool. But would not switch if going from heat to cool or vice versa. Replacing thermostat should resolve this issue as I saw no other underlying issue as to why it would do that at this time. Went into air handler and saw capacitor had swollen and was leaking. Running at .5 mfd instead of 7.5. To further test system this capacitor will have to be replaced. Evap coil is rusted pretty bad and may need to be leak searched. Unit is 20 years old
Provided estimates for all issues found. Both shower valves need to be replaced. They are Allen Roth valves. We will install delta shower valves. Will also need to shim toilet in hall bathroom because the toilet isn’t level on the floor due to the way the concrete slab slopes.will also need a prv due to water pressure being up over 90psi

The other option is addin a 2 ton mini split for third floor . Talked to Bernie he is going to come look at quoting repair.and mini split Waived dispatch fee per office
For this job, we were called out to the Woodard residence for a leaking toilet. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needed to be resealed. Also Mrs. Woodard stated that the toilet is constantly running so we changed out the fill valve and that stopped the issue. The flapper was already new so no need to replace that. After both repairs both issues were taken care of.
