Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, we were called out to the McDowell residence for a couple plumbing issues. The issues were a leak in the ceiling that I pinpointed back to the tub/shower drain. I resealed it with new putty and also put a new rubber gasket on the overflow. The other leak was coming from the master bathroom shower. I replaced the shower cartridge and the leak did not continue. I also removed the toilet in upstairs hallway bathroom for the tile to be laid. We will be returning to install new customer supplied toilet when tile is done. We also installed a new toilet in the laundry room down stairs. After install no leaks were seen.
Performed a minor rebuild on toilet downstairs. Installed a new flapper, fill valve and supply line. Tested all working well
Customer stated that house was backing up at one point, then one bathroom was working properly while the other was not. I started to diagnose the plumbing and as I was she mentioned that she felt some of the plumbing was wrong and that the toilet in the hall way had hot water going to it. I mentioned we would send a service tech to take a look at it and give options for the issues she is having. I tested everything and it drains as it should.
Upon arrival customer stated unit didn’t seem to be cooling. While serving unit I found dirty filters and compressor not running and capacitor was weak. I replaced it with a turbo 200 and unit is working properly at this time. Also need to call for payment (478) 262-7300

For this job, we came out and inspected gurgling noises on toilets throughout the house and found no issues, however the last time the septic tank was pumped was ten years ago. Customer is interested in getting both sides of tank pumped out and filter changed.
Customer stated he was having slow sewerage and water above his tank. I pulled the clean out and saw nothing holding. I believe his septic tank is bad and bleeder die.d might be bad as well. He also showed me a sink that was backing up and I gave him an option to unstop and he would like to wait and call us back to attempt to unstop the sinks.
