Customer supplied kitchen sink faucet,4 basket strainers , 2 end outlet waste , 2 p traps , 4 cut off valves , 4 supply lines , Cut out back of kitchen cabinet and drop down 2 inch pvc drain to tie in kitchen sink drain.
Replace single handle valve with a brand new shower valve (delta)
Took apart p trap under kitchen inspected, cleaned and reassembled. Found debris stuck in trap. After reassembly I tested several times. Drains ran fine and no leaks were detected
We came out and flushed tankless for 1 hr.
Gas line leaking from fittings going to water heater, cut the gas off disconnected gas line re cut gas line flush and tightened gas fitting. Turned the gas back on and relit the water heater pilot light made sure there was hot water running.
Found bad contractor Change contactor and checked system for proper operation everything working properly at this time

Upon arrival went to air handler to see if there were any obvious issues before turning on unit. Found that insulation backing had pull itself into fan. Used mastik tape to tape the insulation back down in cabinet as well as on door. Checked shaft play and there is none and fan spins freely. Also made sure none of the fibers from the backing had wrapped up in fan. No visible signs. Checked drain line since I was up there and it is clear and also added a few drain tabs. Tested unit and works as it should and loud clanging is no longer present.
Customer had t stats installed by another company and they blew low voltage fuse charge diag they going to have the other company come back
Apon arrival found system was running and cooling as it should tenant had system set to 65 and it was 68 in the house checked pressures amp draws and capacitor all components we’re good at this time noticed the top of compressor was warm very possibly from over working the system trying to maintain 65 in a older house advise to set t stat at 72 . System is running with all ops normal at this time
Apon arrival customer stated unit was not properly running and didn’t seem like it was cooling. I found a wire that was disconnected from the unit. Gave customer quote to replace customer does not want to go ahead at this time.
Apon arrival customer stated unit was out of refrigerate and not cooling. I walked to the outdoor unit and found unit low I also went to air handler and notice oil in the coil. We need to call customer Monday morning with price on replacing it.

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the thermostat upstairs in the hallway and found it had no power. I went to the air handler and found a blown transformer. I replaced the transformer and the system came back on. I reset the thermostat and still the outdoor unit would not come on, we will have to come back out when the home owner can get a new thermostat set up.
To repaire a 60 feet section of sewer of 6inch
Performed system check Checked pressures, checked motor amps, tightened loose connections, checked capacitor, cleaned coils, cleared drain lines, checked for any burnt wires, checked duct work, checked temperature difference from the vent to return, checked heat strips, checked basic operations all ops normal. Also filter size 12x24x1

First estimate to cut out ceiling downstairs for access to find the leak in upstairs bathroom . Replace upstairs waste and over flow on tub and shower.
Arrived and connected both ends of the existing track pipe that was in the crawl space to the gas line and gas water heater. Turned on gas water heater. Tested all working well

For this job I removed the 9 year old AO smith. Installed a new 40 gal tall electric Bradford white. Brought it up to code and installed a pan. Psi is good
For this job the customers water heater is around 9 years old. They want to replace it. I gave them a price for a 40 gal electric tall Bradford white. Needs a pan and to be brought up to code.
Complete. Made cold side repair on water manifold coming into home. Also cut and repair ptrap for laundry box to gain access to repair. Tested all working well
Customer needs scuttle hole door installed before leak detection under home. Returning to pump septic on Monday
Install customer supplied Roman tub valve and trim
