For this job the customer has some pex in the wall that has all brass fittings and they are on well water. They need to be cut out and plastic fittings installed to reduce the risk of leaks in the future

Called to check duct work. Went into crawlspace and checked transfer duct as it is the only duct we can see in a double wide. Did see some falling insulation and some was wet. Brought to his attention that that should be checked out and let him know we could look at it. During thorough evaluation found that pressures looked a little low however found filter was extremely clogged and insulation had pulled itself around evaporator coil. Replaced filter and taped insulation back up. Pressures rose but still looked a little low. Advised customer and gave estimates for that and a coil cleaning as the evap was dirty as well as the condenser, which could show misleading pressures. Asked for me to email estimates so he could discuss with wife. Unit in a 2016

The sewer has bellies in line inside and outside no warranty on unstops

For this job, we were called out for a leak coming from the base of the toilet. After looking at the situation we came to the conclusion that it was a main line clog. After cabling a few times I was able to get it unclogged and I also reset the toilet due to it being loose. The toilet is now secured and the line is unstopped. Jimmy gave a quote for the issues found within the sewer line .

Upon arrival greeted customer and addressed any issues or concerns. None at this time. Set thermostat to cool and checked filter. Changed filter at this time. Checked amp draws on air handler and they are normal and fan is running as it should. Insulation was pulling off of the doors so I taped it back on both doors. Checked evaporator and it is also in great condition. Went to outdoor unit and checked amp draw, contactor, capacitor and refrigerant. All in good working condition at this time and pressures are where they should be. Sprayed off coil.

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I checked the package unit outside and found a bad capacitor I quoted and replace the capacitor and the system came back on, however the capacitor I had was only. 60/5 micro ferads and the system takes a 70/5 we will need to pickup a 70/5 capacitor Monday and come back out and replace with the proper capacitor.

Found old Lennox unit had bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and tested unit. Runs as normal. Checked amp draws and contactor as well as refrigerant. All at good levels. Checked air handler amp draws and capacitor and are functioning properly at this time. Strongly advise system be replaced due to age

I arrived on site and went to the air handler in the attic on the 4th floor to find the pan full of water and a clogged drain line. I cleared the blockage with nitrogen and then I replaced the float switch in the pan. The pan is draining as well as the unit.

Pull and snake toilet. This option we will pull the toilet and stick our sewer snake down the toilet flange and unclog the line. After it is unclogged we will put the toilet back and seal it and test for any leaks. This will have a 30 day drain warranty.

For this job, I was called out for an issue with the toilet we serviced on 4/10/24. After further investigation all the work that was done was correct and did not have any issues, however the issue was coming from the angle stop. I swapped out the old one with a new one and the issue did not continue.

Installed a new 3/4 hosebibb on side of home. Screwed it on to the existing black iron nipple coming from wall. Tested all working well

Minor rebuild on toilet tank, replace emergency stops under kitchen sink. This option we will remove the fill valve, flapper, supply line and replace them with brand new fill valve, flapper, supply line. Once we get done with replacing those parts we will go to the kitchen and cut out the old emergency stops under the kitchen sink, when those are cut out we will install brand new emergency stops under kitchen sink. This option also includes a 2 year warranty.

For this job, we cleared customers sewer line running into the septic tank. Customer is unstopped and sewer system is operable at this time with no clogs.

Will need to get with bob to price out replacing check valve 2. Will need to price it out 3 different ways. First way is replacing 1 check valve. Second is both check valves and the 3rd way is replacing the dual check valve assembly with the new gate valves. This is a 6in fire main coming to the building out in the pit. I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then checked their thermostat and filter. The filter was a bit dirty. I then looked at the carrier package unit and found the capacitor was rusted and could use replacement. I also found the evaporator coil was fairly dairy as well. I checked the drain, compressor, blower motor, condenser fan motor and the heat kit and found no issues the unit is level and has a disconnect. I found no code violations and no other issues with system besides what was mentioned above. The system operates in both heat and cool modes. The system is 16 years old and I advised the customer of its age.

Replaced stops and supply lines on all 3 toilets in home. They would not hold back water. Other stops seem to operating efficiently.

I arrived on site and replaced the water inlet valve kit. I then turned the water back on and watched it harvest.

Looked in attic for water lines or evidence of a leak. I found no wet insulation, or water spots on sheet rock. I believe most of the water lines are in the walls. Water pressure is at a safe level and water quality tests look good. Meter shows zero water usage after 10-15 minutes.

Unstop main sewer line at clean out in front of house .

For this job we looked at several issues the customer had. She’s on well water which is extremely acidic and is eating through all of her copper pipes and it’s even created a leak on her water service. She’s got this huge turtle that’s about 60 years old that lives in the crawl space in the winter. The turtle is about as big as a car tire. I gave her three estimates to run a new service and to do a Repipe on the home. She went gave us the go ahead with the water service replacement and gave $1,500 up front towards the job

I arrived on site and greeted customer. She showed me to her outdoor unit that was very loud and was freezing up. I then checked the indoor unit and found the evaporator coil was rusted out. The air handler is from 1989 and the condenser is 2000. The system is dated and system replacement is the best option. She also has airflow issues in the home and ductwork needs to be re piped. I inspected fans and electrical components and found they were all working. Insulation is missing in some spots and the coil is dirty
