Customer stated there was a drain backing up. I dumped water down the drain to test if it would back up. It did hold water after about 15 buckets of water. I cabled floor drain by pizza making table, I was successful in unstopping the drain. After I unstopped it I du led 25 buckets of water down the drain and everything is flowing as it should.

For this job, we ran sink machine through dishwasher drain hub and was not able to get it unclogged, there seems to be something hard in the line that the cable won’t eat through or pull back. We then re routed the drain to the 3 compartment sink and it worked fine after testing. We also augered the women’s handicap toilet and that was working properly after service. The urinal in men’s was not needing service. The manager was referring to the women’s toilet.
