Customer stated the master bedroom tub, shower and toilet were backing up. I tested them and they were holding water but draining slowly I decided to test another bathroom and it was having the same effect. I called Kevin and explained what I had found and gave him a price for installing a clean out. He will get back with us after he makes a decision to pump the tank or install a clean out.

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the thermostat and put it in cool mode and went outside and checked the unit. I checked amp draws on the system, I checked electrical components such as compressor, Contactor, capacitor, fans and heater kit. I then checked the air handler and found no issues with any components. I then went back inside and checked temperatures across supply and return. I found the filter was dirty and could use replacement. I then went to the outdoor unit and cleared the coil of any debris and I made sure the drain was clear. The system is a 2021 Goodman heat pump.

Removed all 5 flexible drain hoses from under drink machines and cleared sludge from each one, washed with water and replaced. When all flexible hoses were removed I ran the small sewer machine through the floor drain several times removing debris and sludge. After reconnecting all drain I used hot water to test each drain checking for good flow and leaks. No leaks were detected and each drain took an ample amount of water with no issues.

For this job, we crawled under home and patched about 3 feet of poly pipe and replaced with Pex, and resealed a shower drain.

Cut out 1 inch pvc water line and cut out 1 inch pvc check valve and replace with new pipe and check valve .

To replace sewer up to 150 feet and tie back in under house

Remove drum trap under drink machine in attempt to remove blockage and pipe back in. There was no leak it was a clog causing water to flow over the drum trap. Tested several times and it is flowing well now

Tenant stated they were having problems with there sewer that it was backing up in the tubs and the kitchen sink was not draining. She also stated that someone had came out prior to take loose of some pipe so they could have some release. I investigated under the home to see what had been done. And noticed that the pvc was going in black pipe. I also noticed an indention in the ground outside of the exterior wall and did some probing and felt like I hit pipe so I dug up about half a foot and noticed it was orangeburg pipe. As this pipe is very fragile I called my superior, Jimmy, to tell him the extent of what was going on and he has taken over the rest of it.

Performed system check Checked pressures, checked capacitor, checked fan motor, checked duct work, checked for any burnt wires, tightened loose connections, checked temperature differences from vents to return there was a 14 degree difference, checked filters, age of outdoor unit is 1993 and under the house is 1989, also checked basic operation all ops normal. While under the house I found the wood that was holding the unit up was rotted and starting to break I brought it to customer attention to let them know also gave him options for a coil cleaning and possibly changing out the units sometime soon. Customer declined any service at this time.

Mrs.wimberly treadwell had called us out today to install drain for ice maker. We had came out previously to install a new ice maker box with shut off. There are also some other things she would like for us to take care of while we are here. She would like for us to install her kitchen sink for her. That includes us hooking new faucet up making sure it is secure to the counter top with no play in it and also hooking up the supply lines with it to secure and make sure there are no leaks, also she would like for us to install a mini heater under the kitchen sink so she can have hot hot water. That includes us putting it under the sink, hooking up all connections, making sure there are no leaks and everything works properly. Also has a customer supplied bathroom faucet they would like for us to install. That includes us securing faucet and handles to the counter top and making it all look nice and uniform. We would also hook up new supply lines to the stops and make sure there are no leak

Looked at job gave estimate to replace sewer from house to cleanout about 80 feet. This is neeeding done. Gave estimate to repipe interior drains that are under house . This will for sure fix the issue. Also gave estimate to just do the 80 foot sewer however there will still be an issue under the house. We don’t know the extent of the break under house due to flooding. Only way to guarantee is do it all. Once sewer is replaced and under house is pumped and cleaned with lime and plastic we can see exactly what’s broke and give further pricing

To install clean out behind the current Cleanout to go towards the home

Upon arrival we greeted customer and had her show us the thermostat. After that we checked the crawlspace for any issues with ductwork as that was her primary concern. Found a fallen transfer duct that had been getting wet. Gave price to replace and customer stated she would be calling later on to have that done. Found a bad 2 pole breaker on furnace. After we shut it off it would not reset. Bypassed for now until part gets it. It is still protected by a 60a breaker at main panel. Both indoor and outdoor are 30 years old

We came to home water had refilled under the home, this would indicate that the main line is block under the home. We need to camera and inspect the line to what condition it in and attempt to cable it as well so that we can give further option on how to fix the issue at hand. The customer would like to think bout the price, she said she would call us tomorrow. If the customer accept we need to call in an emergency locate and get the job scheduled as soon as possible. I don’t think we need to locate but if we do need to locate instructions are the entire back property.

Vent in attic

Customer is having problems with his sewer. We checked under his home and the home has sewage under it. We mentioned to the customer that we would need to get under his house pumped out before we were able to diagnose the exact problem. We did poke our head under as far as we could (shown in video) and the sewage is coming out of the ground and leaking from pieces. Gave him the option to cable or pump the septic tank and the customer would like to get it pump since it has been over 10 years since it was last pumped.

Camera sewer line at firearms training complex, we use the camera in the clean out located in the woman’s bathroom near the fire arm training center. Could only 20 foot in the bathroom. So we went to the outside clean outs the one that is shown in the picture is the start of the sewer when the building was first built. It was holding water so we could not see where the lateral comes in to the main line outside. We talked about digging up outside and finding the lateral and going in that way with camera and possibly jetting or another option based on what we find.
