Erica stated the house was backing up, I did some inspections to see what the plumbing was like under the house and seeing where the sewer went to see if there was a cleanout out. She opted for pulling the toilet to cable the sewer, I was able to unstop it thought the flange and I noticed the flange for the toilet I pulled was installed wrong. She would like a service tech to come out to give price on fixing the flange in the hallway bathroom, fixing the outside faucet near the barn and possibly rerouting the sink line that’s in the barn as well. Our repairs were more extensive than we originally expected. The technicians were amazing. Keeping us in the loop each step. Asking for what WE wanted and provided options. Highly recommend. They do not have an easy job and am completely grateful they handled it so professionally.
In order to repair the sewer system, the first step was to pump down the tank to facilitate the repair of the septic line. Upon our arrival, we needed to determine the layout of the various lines and understand how the septic and pump lines were interconnected. We arranged for a pump truck to empty all three tanks so that during the excavation process, no septic waste would spill into the trench. After digging up the septic line, we discovered that it was broken at a combo fitting that diverted in a different direction. Upon further investigation, we realized that two lines were merging into one at that point. We removed the damaged pipes and reconfigured the plumbing accordingly. Additionally, we installed a new tee into the tank and used hydraulic cement to ensure a secure fitting.

For this job I was called out to install a customer supplied garbage disposal. After evaluating the the old disposal I came to the conclusion that it is indeed time to replace as it is busted and leaking out from the bottom. After giving a quote for our services the homeowner declined service.
Upon arrival to Mr Charles house we noticed he had a wet spot in his front yard from a leak on the city’s side. After meeting Mr Charles he walked u to a huge back yard where the pool was. The customer is have an automatic pool filler installed. He’s on a slab so tying the line into the crawl space isn’t an option. We determined that attaching to the hose bib closest to the pool is the best option. I collected a deposit for the job.
Came and reset the gfi they need an electrician it trips every 20 min also it has belly in line by tank and it needs to be repaired also the holding tank isn’t going into the pump tank there fore it needs to be pumped out to see why….. this needs to happen because we can’t get flowing full of baby wipes

Gfi tripped on the pump reset and watched the pump take all the sewage down. We need to remove cleanout and installl correct cleanouts and line to tank due to going up hill and incorrect cleanout
For this job, we looked at the trailer on the property that need the water and sewer hooked up to the 2 storage tanks outback behind the trailer. After further investigation we decided that we would need to hold off on giving a quote due to us waiting on a price for the booster pump that would be needed to pump the water through their system. As far as hooking the sewer up it’s pretty self explanatory and would take nothing to do. However in my opinion I would bury the tank about 6-8” to give it the proper slide for draining. Bob will get back with them as soon as he finds out what the price for the pump is. The job would take less than 20’ of pipe for both the sewer hookup and water hookup.

For this job, we discovered a leak under the sink that was caused by a failed garbage disposal. We replaced the disposal and made sure that no leaks were present. This was not a callback.

Responded to a reported dishwasher malfunction. Diagnosed the issue as a faulty pump causing drainage problems. Replaced the malfunctioning pump and conducted thorough tests to ensure proper functioning.
