Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, I came and vacuumed out the drain pan to the water heater and also vacuumed out the inside of the water heater panel as well. No leaks were found on the water heater, and the cause for no water at the sink was due to sediment build up that was caused after the water was turned back on. I cleaned out the aerator and the faucet head and tested the faucet multiple times and left it running. No leaks on water heater are observed and faucet is running at this time.
Installed a new tank tight 50gal electric lowboy in closet below stairs. Installed new supply lines and ball valve on cold side. Tested all working well
Misc repairs
Full rebuild on toilet (membership). This option we took the toilet tank off the toilet bowl and brought the tank outside. We then took all the gaskets and flush valve and fill valves out. We cleaned the tank and then installed brand new everything. We tightened everything up really tight and made sure of no leaks. This option comes with a 2 year warranty.
Cabled sink line to unstop the sink I believe it was just over time use build up that had clogged it up I tested drains and everything is flowing as it should.
Install 1 inch pressure reducing valve at meter . Home owner wanted to check basement for leaks . Homeowner has 5 bathrooms and we checked all fixtures upstairs water lines and drain lines and we checked all water lines and drain lines in basement and crawl space . We checked all fixtures in basement and crawl while all fixtures were running . And the washing machine and kitchen sink as well . No leaks were found. It’s rainwater getting in through foundation . Homeowner stated her son only seen the water after a rain .
Cabled sewer while Tony had the tank open, I pulled back roots and was able to get it flowing. Customer flushed all the toilets and water was making it to the tank.
Water heater replacement
Installed a new tank tight 50gal NG WH upstairs in closet. Unable to install expansion tank because there wasn’t enough room for one. Tested all working well
Mr. Dozier called us out to look at a leak in front of the meter at his home. After digging in front of the main meter I found a pvc 1”x3/4” MIP was cracked and leaking. To repair the issue I installed a new meter nipple and transitioned to pex so that the line would not be under as much tension.
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went outside and found no low voltage I then found a burnt wire on the air handler and a bad Contactor coil on the condenser outside. I replaced the Contactor and repaired the wire and the system functioned properly again.
To replace section of sewer at cleanout to tree line less than 10 feet with cleanouts
Upon arrival greeted customer and addressed any concerns. None at this time. Started at thermostat and checked filter. Changed filter at this time. Went to outdoor unit which was an 04. Checked pressures, amp draws, compressor and contactor. All in good working order at this time except capacitor is weak (29/4 instead of 35/5). Proceeded to air handler under house. Checked amp draws and capacitor. Capacitor very weak(4.4 instead of 10). Coil showed a little rust but otherwise in good condition. Proceeded to upstairs thermostat and set to cool. Filter clean. Checked air handler in attic and amp draws are good. Capacitor is weak(Also 4.4 instead of 10). Coil had light rust. Also recommended a secondary safety switch. Went outside to condenser. Check amp draws, pressures, contactor and capacitor. All in good working condition except this capacitor is also weak (29/4.9 instead of 40/5). Gave options for capacitors and safety switch. Also discussed age of system. Did not want to proceed wit
For this job I gave six estimates for water heater replacements with a prv and without.
Replacing commercial faucet, install gas regulator, flush tankless. This option we will start by taking apart the old faucet and getting the old parts off the sink. We then will put the new faucet together and thread it on the unions on the sink. After that is done and everything is done and tight we will test the sink for leaks. To avoid it busting again you can turn the cut off valves under the sink and open up the faucet to avoid the freezing and turn handles back off. The next thing we will do is take apart the 1/2 gas pip beside the grill. After we do that we will install our 1/2 appliance gas regulator on the flex gas pipe. After that is done we will spray the regulator down to make sure there are no gas leaks. Once we are done with the gas regulator we will start flushing the tankless. We will hook our pump to the tankless and let the lines go into the bucket halfway full of descaler. After that is done we will provide the customer with before and after pictures and a 2 year wa
Pulled toilet and cabled sewer, the sewer was backed up at the septic tank it is flowing normally now.

For this job, we were called out for a gold Lockett dropped down the bathroom sink. I was able to retrieve the locket with the p-trap. I also gave quotes for a new vanity faucet and a kitchen faucet also. Trish will reach out whenever they are ready to move forward with any quoted work.
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the outdoor unit and found I had left the disconnect off to the downstairs system. I turned the disconnect on and checked air in the home and found it was functional. I apologized to the customer for the inconvenience.
For this job I had to touch base with the customer on more questions they had about the job. They’re gonna go with the full repipe. They will call Monday morning to set up a day and time and give a deposit
I attempted to unstop the line through the washing machine line and the sink line due to both lines backing up. The cable wouldn’t make it past the ptrap for the washing machine line, I attempted the sink line and the cable came out the vent stack. We need a service tech to give a price of putting a access panel in to install a cleanout on the washer line.
For this job, we were called out for a leak. We found the leak under the home on the polybutylene piping. It was a big crack in the piping so I moved to replace about 4’ of pipe. After the repair no leaks were found and the water meter is not spinning. Water pressure tested at 100 psi and needs a Prv installed.
Inspected line at toilet and seen no issues customer wanted us to camera the sink lines and lavatory and i informed him thats not possible with my camera.
