Install brush nickel push button drain.
For this job, we came out to give an estimate to replace a tub drain. However, further inspection shows that customer may need new drain Repipe. Before anything else is done, we need to come back out here with tyvek suits to inspect to make sure that there are no sewer leaks under home. Waived dispatch fee due to having to reschedule client multiple times.
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then went to the roof and looked at both package units to find both Lennox and carrier units had no charge and evaporator coils were deteriorated to the point that the coils are ruined. The systems are both old and need to be replaced due to the bad coils and rusted out heat exchangers. Robert will be working up a quote for system replacements.
For this job, we were called out to the citgo off Shurlington dr for a leak with their RPZ. Upon arrival we very easily noticed where it was leaking hence there was no RPZ. A drunk driver ran it over and broke it off completely causing the pipe to break under the asphalt. We cut the asphalt up and Repiped the RPZ back to the meter. After job was completed we noticed the RPZ had a leak on it which came from it being ran over. We replaced the insides of it and the leak did not persist. We then installed a backflow housing and put a pea ice of 3” pvc in front of it to help protect it from any future issues that may arise. After work was completed the water pressure tested at over 100 psi.
For this job, I came out and immediately found where the apparent leak had been at. Customer is interested in a new water service and not interested in spot repair, however will wait to approve estimate until he has the funds to do the work. Waived dispatch fee as a sign of good faith for customer.
Attila stated he was having problems with sewage coming back in the tub and the washing machine was backing up as well. He showed me prior invoices that have been done to the home because he wasn’t sure if he had a cleanout. One invoice mentioned a cleanout under the home, I took a look under the home and gave him some options on what we could do. He would like to think it over and get back with us once he’s made a decision.
Warranty work: pulled and drained WH in attic. Set new pan and fixed drain line. Repair: repaired dryer vent in crawl space. Used strapping to hold up pipe. Used foil tape to seal it and used fernco to hold it together
For this job the customer has had a high water bill for several months now and it gradually keeps going up. He repaired a toilet a couple months ago and his bill is still high. I spotted the meter and removed the lid from the backflow. No sign of water flowing and the meter is not spinning at all. Went throughout the building and checked two toilets and a few sinks and there is nothing leaking at all. Went and spotted the meter a second time and its still in the same position. Checked the water pressure and gave the customer an estimate to install a 1 inch prv at the backflow. Checked the meter a third time before exiting then call and the dial is still in the same position. There is no water leak whatsoever!!!
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went into the drop ceiling and found the door was completely loose off the air handler. I secured the door to the air handler and screwed and mastic taped it. I then went onto the roof and found the Contactor was pulled in and no high voltage. I looked in the disconnect and found the 2 fuses were good. The disconnect has power to it but no power coming out. The disconnect needs to be replaced.
For this job, we came out to investigate a sewer smell that was reportedly coming from a drum trap; however, we found where another plumbing company came in and made a minor repair and lied to the customer that their sewer line had been fixed. We created an estimate to remove the s-trap the previous company created, to Repipe the entire sewer and laundry drain line under home, and to replace the leaking toilet flange where Roto-Rooter pulled and cabled the toilet through. Customer has put 2,000 dollars down and would like for us to come on May 13 & 14 to remove old cast iron, and to replumb the sewer line.
Customer grinder pump would not come on . The grinder pump is new . We investigated the wiring system that feeds the grinder pump and we got the grinder pump to work and cycle on and off . The wiring harness on the main plug box is corroded and when we wiggle the wires the grinder pump works . The homeowner is going to call an electrician to install all new wiring .
Rebuilt Delta shower valve
Used thrift to get shower draining due to overtime build up shower is flowing great now.
For this job, we were unable to unstop the toilet as the flange is broken, causing everything to spill out onto the floor from the ground. District manager asked for quotes for toilet and flange replacement. Emailed quotes over as well.
For this job the customer had a leak coming from upstairs. Cut a section of sheet rock out. Found the leak coming from the handheld in the shower was loose. It has caused some serious water damage in between the floors.
Replace 1/2 galvanized nipple and replace cut off valve on hot side of lavatory
Cabled under kitchen sink to break loose build up in copper/castiron pipe. Drain is flowing good now.
For this job, we installed a new hose Bibb on the front of the house and a new whole house shutoff inside the house. CPVC fractured while cutting so I had to make minor repairs (2 foot) and leak tested. No leaks are occurring at this time, but nothing is warrantied due to pressure being 120 PSI. Deposit was paid on estimate so customer only owed us $501.26.
Replace 1hose bib. This option will include us taking out the old hose bib and replacing with brand new hose bib. We will cut the copper lines under the house that the hose bibs are connected too and remove the old one. After the old one are removed we will connect a 1/2 pex line to the new hose bib and connect it to the copper under the house. After that is done we will mount the hose bib to the house to secure them. They will be under a 2 year warranty with RICKY HEATH PLUMBING.
Used closet auger for toilet and was able to get toilet flushing normal again, tested everything and customer was pleased his toilet was working right again.
Customer stated the sewer was backed up. I tested the toilet, and sink and everything was not draining other than from the cleanout cap being off outside. I attempted to cable the sewer and my cable is getting stuck about 2-5 feet in the cleanout. I was unable to unstop the sewer, Jimmy will need to come and give further options for customer to get sewer flowing.
For this job, I came out to take a look and possibly install an access panel and a cleanout to cable though the laundry drain line. A further inspection revealed several bellied lines, a P-trap where the drain for the washing machine was, and a sewer leak under the home where the line hooked into the pipe. Tenant noted that sewer backups happen a lot, and that this was the first time it had backed up into the laundry line, so I gave an estimate to replace whole home sewer line under house. Informed customer about best option after previous three options did not work. We will need to follow up Monday 4/29 to see if customer would like to move forward with estimate. Waived dispatch fee due to customer inconvenience.
For this job, we came out to give a couple estimates for customer. Customer approved estimate for us to come out 4/29 or 4/30 to install a new whole house shutoff and a new frostproof hose Bibb.
