Moved all the supply and return vents that were over the new walls that split two rooms added one 8inch drop in supply . Re ran two thermostat reinstalled them on the wall.
Install 12k BTU Minisplit in front office Includes High Voltage from panel to outdoor unit. 10 year parts and compressor warranty ands 1 year labor warranty.
Reconnect supply runs on outside walls with panduit straps. Relocate one Thermostat. Make sure all runs are in correct places for proper air flow.

Today, I completed a sewer line repair using a RIDGID SeeSnake® sewer camera and a RIDGID K-400 power cable machine. I excavated the area, located the blockage, and used a RIDGID spiral auger to clear the clogged section of the 4-inch PVC sewer line.

Apron arrival found electric furnace burnt completely out in disconnect box for air handler this is a split system with a straight cool condenser. Condenser is on the roof will need Crain to remove and set condenser system is 10+ years old and needs to be replaced this is a single phase 208/230v circuit per lean this account is billable
