Replaced T&S handles on 3 compartment sink and checked drain lines under for leaks. I found no leaks on drain lines when testing new t&s handles.
For this job, we were called out for no hot water, however upon arrival the water was getting hot to all faucets inside restaurant. The water heater had frozen over causing the issue but since then has been defrosted. We advised store manger to leave faucets dripping over night to help alleviate the issue.
For this job, we repaired a broken water pipe on roof that connected into the tankless. After repair no leaks occurred and water to building is now hot.
