Found that drain line was clear, however, the reason there is moisture coming through the ceiling is due to the evaporator coil being frozen because the *blower* fan motor is bad and not turning fan. Will need to replace blower motor to have unit function properly and so it will not freeze up.
Perform full system inspection on the following: (3) HVAC (2) Ductless Units (5) Exhaust Fans (1) Ice Machine Performed system check on all units, exhaust fans, and ice machine. Checked exhaust fan fan blades and basic operation, all ops normal and working properly at this time. Also checked units, I checked pressures, capacitors, motor amps, tightened loose connections, blowed out drain lines, checked tstats, and basic operations all ops working properly at this time. I did have to add Freon to the unit on the side of the building because it was a little low. Also checked ice maker and all ops normal at this time.
