Job Locations and Reviews
I arrived on site and checked the RTU I found a Rheem split system. I cleaned off the condenser coil and checked electrical components Such as fan capacitor Contactor and compressor. I also checked Freon level. I then went downstairs and checked the air handler in the drop ceiling The pan is clear of water and has a safety switch. I also checked the drain line. gas furnace has good double wall flue pipe and gas line has a sedimentary trap. I then went to the ice machine and ran 2 cleaning cycles one with nickel safe cleaner and one with just water. I also changed the water filter for the ice machine. I cannot service the 2 hanging heaters because I would need a scissor lift to reach the units. (They are about 25 foot in the air)
