I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the ice machine and found the water was turned off to the ice machine again. I turned the water on and watched it make ice. I found the water filter was dripping and that’s probably why the water was shut off. I tightened up the filter and the drip continued. Ice machine itself does not leak and I checked the drain pump and found no leaks and it functions properly. We need to replace the O ring for the filter housing because it is crushed and won’t seal. I called multiple supply houses in the Atlanta metro area and all said they don’t carry that o ring. We will need to order it and come back out to replace it. Ice machine water is turned off upon departure and will be out of service till we can fix the leak.
I arrived on site and went to the roof and checked the 2 Lennox package units. I cleared the drains and checked electrical and Freon. I also chcnged the belts in the 2 exhaust fans. I then went downstairs and changed the filters. I went to the ice machine and found someone just changed the water filter and forgot to turn the water back on so I turned it on and did 2 wash cycles one with cleaner and one just water. I then watched it drop about 3-4 sheets of ice. Ice machine is functional. One of the 2 hood vents has a bad pulley and needs to be replaced and possibly the motor as well because it can’t turn and was over amping.
