Job Locations and Reviews
Traced all communication wires from Unit 2 to branch box. All wires are in good condition. Talked with Tech support and went thru test with them on unit. One of the heads on the system has a bad control board. Will hook diagnostic tool to system and order correct board.
Jimmy stated the sewer was backed up, he showed me which toilets were giving him problem and I tested the toilets and verified they were backing up. I looked around the outside of the building and found a clean out. I pulled the clean out and it was holding. Jimmy had told that previously Robert had came out here and pulled grease back. I attempted to cable the sewer and was running into grease. I was unable to unstop the sewer. Jimmy will get back with us to use jetter.
Apon arrival customer stated unit was running but not cooling. I walked around to unit and found unit low on Freon, we need to come back and do a leak search on unit also I left the unit charged up for now.
Replace existing Unit 1 Branch Control Box and Charge system back to factory specs. PO# 168316
Apon arrival found system showing error code 4226 went through flow chart all ops normal at this time
Add 2 jugs 410a refrigerant

Performed leak search found leak in branch controller branch box will need to be changed out Robert will get quote together
Upon arrival we observed several thermostats showing error code 021 7101. We tried searching for head number 21. Could not find it. Cut off power to head Went on roof and cut off Mitsubishi City Multi number 2. After a 10 minute delay we then reset the city multi and the thermostats started up and worked fine. Heads were working properly. Will need to order a control board for the head in the mechanic shop tool room Model# PMFY-P06NBMU-E Service Ref# PMFY-P06NBMU-ER5
