Job Locations and Reviews
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I went to the system in the attic and checked safety’s on both the drain line and pan, I also checked operation of system and changed filters. I then went outside and cleaned condenser coil and checked electrical components such as capacitor Contactor compressor and fans. I then went to the ice machine and ran 2 cycles of wash with cleaner and one with just water, I also changed and dated water filter. I then went to both exhaust fans and changed belts and adjusted tension and I found one of the fans had bad bearings we will need to quote and replace 2 shaft bearings on the left hand side of the building.
