Job Locations and Reviews
Installed 20ft of new 1 in drain line for kenetico filtration system. Secured pipe to wall and gave it a 1/4 in of fall every 3ft. Tested all of the sinks in the restaurant to ensure they were all meeting proper temp per health code. All the sinks met 145 with just hot water running and 135 with both the hot and cold running at the same time. The hand wash sink in the back by the dryer/ breading station wasn’t producing any hot water. Shut water off on the hot side to see if sink would run with the hot side on. Determined valve had failed on hot side. Shut the water off to the store and replaced both valves for the hand wash sink. Tested all working well. Work order has been completed based off of the job description and has not exceeded the scope of work.
I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then went and checked the exhaust fans and found they were direct drive (no belts) I then went to the ice machine and found I could not clean it because it wasn’t getting water so I removed the filter to find it was completely clogged with sediment and probably hadn’t been changed in a long time. I replaced the filter. I also checked the ac unit and replaced its filter and cleaned the condenser coil. I checked electrical components such as compressor, capacitor, Contactor, and fans. Everything is functional at this time. I ran 2 wash cycles one of cleaner and one of just water through the system. The building is on well water so we should probably change this water filter bi-annually. 1) 20x20 filter No belts Canister style water filter for ice machine
