For this job, we were called out to inspect a leak in front of the building. Upon arrival the city of Warner Robins was there and informed me that west plumbing was out there before us and left and Pyles referred us. However, I was told the issue was on the fire main going into the building but we need to pump the pits down to determine the issue. I relayed all info over to Bob and he is going to make a decision on if he wants to do the job or not. Water meter is on and hotel has running water but fire main valve is off and the leak has stopped.

For this job we called out to inspect a tankless throwing an error code 11. I bled the gas line and put everything back and the heater was working properly. We ran all fixtures in the house and all were hot. I gave a quote for a tankless flush and Mrs. Strickland will get back with us when she discusses it with her husband.

I arrived on site and greeted customer. I then checked operation of their thermostat and system. I checked for safety’s in the furnace, I checked flue pipe and gas line and duct work. I checked that the pan and drain were clear of obstruction. I then went outside and checked pressures and checked electrical components such as compressor Contactor capacitor and fans. I then cleaned the coil. Everything is functional however there is no safety’s in the attic for drain line or pan.

When arrived customer stated outside unit was not running. I walked outside and found burnt wire, I replaced the burnt wire unit is working properly at this time. Also checked pressures, motor amps, checked capacitor, heat strips, checked duct work, checked drain line, checked basic operations all ops normal at this time.

Attempted to jet has a very large amount of grease or clay in sewer cleaning this will not work it has to be repaired..gave estimate for a 60 foot sewer repair in front and he approved the price its 6 inch……

For this job, we were called out for water in the basement, we gave a quote for a sump pump install but we also recommend the home owner to call Greg Rice water proofing to look at the issue as well. If he can’t fix the issue then the homeowner Mrs. Barnhart will call us back to have the sump pump put in.

We need to come back in the morning and jet the main line outside were the clean out is.

For this job, we cleared a kitchen sink drain and went about 30 feet into the drain lines, and pulled back sewer sludge and a mix of root fibers. Camera tech will need to follow up on 3/28 to camera main sewer line to make sure no blockages are occurring, and technician will follow up on 4/10 as requested by the customer see if we need to do replace water heater and hose Bibb.

Ran drain weasel down shower drain and pulled back a bunch of hair. I was able to unstop the tub/shower drain line. Also installed an overflow trim piece. Tightened up packing on hosebibb. Tested all working well

This is an estimate to unstop the kitchen sink that is backed up with grease from the roof. An additional tech will be needed to unstop this as well as this will need to be done after rain has subsided………. Cabled from kitchen sink cabling from the vent is not an option for this job due to the pitch in roof…..

For this job, I attempted three times to unstop a kitchen sink drain line from the kitchen and was unable to. We will need to come back with an additional tech to snake the kitchen drain from the vent in the roof. Waived dispatch fee to adhere to our code of ethics which states that we will not charge for work we didn’t do.

Manager stated that toilet in men’s room would not flush. I tested several times with toilet paper and had the manager flush it twice. Everything is operational and I saw no signs of leaks. They may have been trying to flush before the tank was full not allowing a proper flush.

Gave estimates for replacing water heater in attic as well as relocating lines and putting a new heater in the garage. And estimates for prv and faucets as well.

To pump tank and replace sewer to tank

Came here checked what was wrong, the last person who installed the garbage disposal forgot to pop out the plug for dishwasher adapter on garbage disposal we talked and explained it to her.

Attempted to unstop line using sewer machine at cleanout on left side of house. After the attempted unstop we then cameraed line and found a dip in the pipe and an issue going to the tank. Going to pump the tank and install new septic tank line and install cleanout next to the house

To bust large area of concrete by trap dig down see what issue is and correct and add cleanouts and replace faucet and shut off

For this job, I was called out for a leak in the kitchen/living room area. I cut open kitchen cabinet where drain and water piping come through and did not see any active leaks. However, there are signs that something has been leaking in that area. I believe it could be right under the slab but the homeowner will call back in if it happens again. The price given today will be credited back towards the repair if we are to come back out.
